Dr. sushil kumar jain - a cheater

Hi

My aunt was having redness in her left breast and we took her to apollo opd.
There she met dr. Sushil kumar jain. She was showing all symptoms of cancer and ideally should have been transferred to a cancer hospital. But dr. Sushil kumar jain didn't refer her to a cancer doctor. He is a general surgeon and not a cancer specialist. Just for the greed of money and earning more he continued the treatment like biopsy...

I have been adviced to perform Thyroid test (TSH and FREE T4) from my doctor. I visited Apollo Hospital, 154/11, Oppsoite IIM, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560076.

I have been charged 1350 for FREE T4 and 1650 for TSH. A total of 3000 was charged for these two tests.

whereas these tests costs below 999 in other hospitals.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    This is to bring to your notice that I'm currently out of our country INDIA and only due to this reason I am unreachable on phone calls and will only be able to provide all the details of the incidents and can just only reply to your emails as per my convenience due to different time-zones!!!

    I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the disgusting and completely unacceptable behaviour exhibited by one of your staff members :- Miss Farida Naaz on [04th April 2025].

    On that following week's Friday :- 04th April 2025, My spouse had an appointment with Dr. Jayanta Kumar Gupta and when we both arrived there to visit the doctor, i went to ask her (Miss farida naaz) some queries regarding my spouse's appointment with dr. Jayanta kumar gupta but strangely she pointed her index finger and started shouting aggressively in an extremely rude tone of voice and arrogant behavior with me and she (Miss farida naaz) even used slang languages when i had protested regarding the very same against my spouse and me which is unacceptable behavior!!! I even feel ashamed to describe the different types of slang language which she (Miss farida naaz) had used against my spouse and mysel[censored] She had forgotten her professionalism and work ethic sitting at the front desk of such a reputed multispeciality hospital. This type of bad employee ruins the good image and reputation of an organization such as the Apollo Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata just like here in my case!!! As a son of former M. L. A., I thought I should initiate immediate action using our families and my father's connections regarding the very same but first, I would like to provide you the opportunity to initiate immediate extreme strict actions and measures against her (MISS FARIDA NAAZ) as she is ruining the brand value, good image and reputation of the Apollo Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata as well as of DR. JAYANTA KUMAR GUPTA!!! I am hoping for appropriate extreme actions and measures against her (MISS FARIDA NAAZ) without any failure regarding the very same as soon as possible (ASAP)!!!

    This kind of conduct is absolutely unprofessional, deeply disrespectful, and reflects very poorly on your organization. I expect immediate action to be taken to investigate this matter and to ensure that no one else is subjected to similar treatment.

      I was discharged on 29 July 2024 by Apollo Hospital Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore after knee replacement surgery. The details are:

      UHID AHB[protected] IP No AHIBIP218141

      Patient name; Panduranga Hegde

      It was cashless claim by TATA AIG.

      However the hospital authorities charged me excess of Rs 57500/ despite the final claim letter stating that this amount should not be collected from the patient.

      I am attaching this letter that clearly mentions not to collect the disallowed amount Rs 57500 from me.Despite this it was charged to me as you can see in the final bill. I am attaching the final bill paid by me.

      My repeated requests for reimbursement has been ignored by Apollo Hospital.

        I am writing on behalf of the residents of neighboring apartments regarding a longstanding and unresolved drainage issue near the Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills campus, specifically in the vicinity of the kitchen area and boys’ hostel.

        For the past two months, we have been facing severe problems caused by a persistent drainage overflow. The foul odor and mosquito infestation have become increasingly unbearable, impacting the health and well-being of nearby residents. Despite multiple complaints submitted to the Apollo team over the past two months, the issue remains unaddressed.

        The stagnant water and unclean environment pose a serious risk, especially with increased mosquito activity, raising concerns about potential health hazards, including mosquito-borne diseases. As neighbors, we request that this matter be prioritized immediately. Swift action in resolving the drainage issue would greatly improve the quality of life for everyone in the vicinity and reflect positively on the hospital’s commitment to community welfare.

        We kindly urge you to treat this issue with the urgency it requires and to provide us with an update on the steps Apollo Hospital will take to address it.

          NOTE the SCREENSHOT attached of the 'feedback/complaint' link in Apollo website that is not working.

          After clicking the submit link, it has been "processing" since 15 minutes and counting..

          The same issue after a few days too. The "processing" does NOT take you further. SEEMS DELIBERATE TACTIC TO AVOID COMPLAINTS

          It is disappointing that a hospital that runs at this huge a scale does not monitor its own website and that too a link that should be the most important

            Sir I'm asking or requesting for family health insurance policy for my family (self, wife, son) they issued master group policy which is not suitable for me and I'm buying the policy on 13 Mar 2024 and they issued old group policy which is on 13 October 2023 I'm asking them 100% cashless policy they issued me co-payment system and finally I check the policy and realised i want to cancel this policy bcz this policy is not useful for me and my family I'm trying to connect the Costmercare they are refused to give the information about policy and rejected my request for cancel the policy the policy is purchased from Apollo health co limited they tie-up with niva Bupa health insurance company I'm trying to connect both companies Apollo health co limited and Niva Bupa health insurance company niva Bupa company said you purchased third party we couldn't help you please contact Apollo health co limited and Apollo said we don't have any information about your policy please contact health insurance company both companies are refused to helping me so please consider my problem and help me to cancel the policy as soon as possible bcz I want to cancel the policy in free lockup period but they refused to cancel the policy bcz the issued to Apollo on 13 October 2023.sir pl see the attachment for your reference once again my humble request to you sir please help me thank you sir

              My mom got admitted on 18th Jan under Drbhaskar s . On 22nd the insurance was rejected stating line of treatment not given. From then on we are following with the dr and updated apollo insurance also. On 23rd the doctor said there is a surgery planned for my mom and asked her not to eat anything on 24th. In the evening I contacted- dr said yes surgery planned as line of treatment and the details were forwarded to apollo insurance and diacharge planned on jan 25th. But on 24th late evening surgery was cancelled stating billing not cleared by us. my mom starved for 20 hrs and we spoke to duty manager and arranged dinner for our mother. My mom became tired by then and whole night she did not sleep with heel pain getting severe which also was raised to primary dr he said he will arrange dr and did not do that also.
              Apollo insurance said they have not received the line of treatment from dr on 25th as claimed by the dr. But dr said he has given all the details.Again insurance has spoken to the dr and they told me that they have fwded the details today afternoon for surgery. The issue is that dr has not givrn line of treatment and he misled us stating operation on 24th discharge on 25th. My mother is staying in hospital with no heart and pain medicines given and wr are following on this. 26th is holiday and he has extended our stay unmecessarily with no treatment . Is it our fault he has already given a billing of over rs 2 lakh. Very disappointed that with the dr and he is saying on 25th after we followed up with him.desperately stating that he was not aware of the surgery cancellation as he is only physician . I dont have money sir. Kindly help to resolve this

                My mom got admitted on 18th Jan. Till.now no.proper line of treatment has been given and no docs submitted to insurance. Dr said she was planned for discharge on 25th and shoulder manipulation will be done on 24th for which she was made to starve for 20 hrs . I asked him specifically have you shared line of treatment to insurance he said already shared. Immediately I mailed insurance also after repeated follow ups for shoulder surgery we were told at 7.45 pm by nurses that dr has not confirmed the surgery . Because of lp test on 23rd allher heart medicines were stopped except cordrone and nurse was not instructed untill yesterday whether to give heart medicines . She was having extreme heel pain for 3 days and dr said another dr dermatlogist ?will visit her yesterday but she did not visit at all. Yesterday whole night my mom was suffering there were no doctors available for contact. The nursing staff has to be told to arrange food for her after starvation. Worst nursing staff worst coordination between doctor and for first time insurance is saying line of treatment not given and it is 8th day

                  I am a CHSS beneficiary from Dept of space (ISRO) and aged 71 years. I had appointment with K.B .Prasad cardiologist yesterday at 9.30 a.m.I reported at corporate billing counter at9.05 a.m.Billing official inordinately delayed to attend, despite counter was meant for sr.citizens. My request to attend on priority basis explaining the fact that I had undergone brain surgery just 10 days back and not able to stand for long, he was very rude and harsh and not bothered to attend to my needs. He purposely delayed and dodged for more than 15minutes..Later started insisting on Xerox copy of ID.card and subsequently for ID proof other than my CHSS card. I am an Apollo patient for the past 8-10 years or so. I was never harassed like this earlier visits. Expect better respectful and courteous treatment to all patients particularly sr.citizens. After assuring that whatever documents he wants will be provided after completing consultation with doctor, billing was done.

                    If you can not give services to your patients thn please don't take money from them
                    Your staff is so manners less they don't know how to treat a patient
                    I visited appollo rajshree hospital 4 times and had very bad experience
                    I felt like raise a police complain on your hospital
                    I went there for rabis vaccine and in my 1st dose the gave me rabipure vaccine and after my 1st dose this vaccine was not available in your hospital.
                    For my 2nd&3rd dose they gave me some other vaccine
                    And in my 4th dose they have Rabivax is this a joke for you?
                    And also I am waiting here for like 1 hour just to get this vaccine still I don't know how much time it will take
                    If they don't have vacant bed they could have told me they just take injection charges and now I am waiting like a fool
                    Like seriously I thought appollo hospital is a good hospital but I will never visit this hospital again.

                          I had the most terrible experience with Apollo customer care wherein I have fractured my hand and i booked an appointment for an orthopaedic. The customer care representative named ’Priya’ took my pincode for Bangalore, and booked an appointment for Pune!!! Do they expect us to take a flight from Bangalore to Pune for a consultation???? I was in extreme amount of pain and they managed to goo[censored]p the city of the appointment!!! How does anyone take the pincode and yet book an appointment in another city??? Incompetent staff who do not care about patient welfare and is just busy making money! Disgusting! Will share this with all my friends, relatives and colleagues so that they DO NOT opt for Apollo during any emergency!!! They might need to take a red eye for a consultation!

                            My husband has diagnosed with Dengue, me and my husband visited Apollo Sugar Clinic Mahadevpura, we consulted Dr Nishant Gaurav on Sunday and Dr Anusuya Shetty on Monday, as per their advise we did a blood test on Sunday (16th July) and CBC test on 18th July.

                            on 18th July we visited the clinic at 8:30 pm, for glucose and blood check, the receptionist was showing her frustration on her face that we visited the clinic very late.

                            on 19th the report was supposed to be shared over email and mobile as they had promised. Hence we kept waiting to check on the platelets result, but the results were not shared. Hence I called the clinic on 19th at 8:30pm to enquire on the report but the receptionist asked us to call on the blood test room, but we couldn't find the receipt hence i asked her for the number, but she hung up the call and never answered the call for the next 3 times i tried.

                            * Why was the report not shared on time?
                            * Is that not the duty of the receptionist to share contact details when asked?
                            * We visit private clinic expecting extra care for patients, whats the point if we have to face such experience?

                              I'm writing this note to complain about the service of the staff members who are working on the 23rd June 2023 . there are tons of patients waiting here outside and there's no staff to be seen in the lobby . They all have been celebrating a doctor's birthday which is fine but when someone pushed the emergency button no one came to help or assist the patient . they're no caring or assistance for the patience . I don't know if this is a hospital or a market . I'm deeply dissapointed in this hospital and have never in my life ever experienced like this in another hospital.

                                My patient was admitted on 6.4.23. and wbc count was 6600. It gradually increased due to a serious infection but doctors did not monitor it. There was a serious infection in hospital. After discharge of hospital, it was 9800 and at home, patient collapsed with wbc count of 24000.

                                    This is one more time compelled to send the following message for kind necessary action from the concerned in view of horrible summer. No action has been taken so far.It is to bring to your notice that very pathetic stage of the attendant pertaining to ICU patients at Apollo Spectra hospital Ameerpet. The attendant with ICU patients in a very sorrowful state of affairs came to the hospital. But the corporate hospital is not able to think of basic provision of a sitting area with ceiling fans or wall fans or pedestal fans except for a small waiting hall in front of reception that too day(s) long sitting on these iron chairs, aged/sick people have to suffer back aches and other complications. The wall fans provided at reception are facing the ground but not for the patients/attendants particularly during this horrible summer. At this ensuing summer how the attendant sits at that place. Centralised AC is just a show put up only. Even during night time also staying in the hospital area also, the attendants have to suffer horrible nights with wall fans for few attendants only for which the attendants have to quarrel among themselves and forcefully reserve the fan place. The attendant ought to become sick. The furniture provided at Second floor and third floor for the attendants are a show put up. Even I observed in ICU also no centralised AC working instead they are putting pedestal fans at the critically sick patients who want Coolness. I observed even in wards also there is no centralised AC working. Severe Cardiac patients or acute patients have to become more sickness due to non provision of centralised AC at least some cooling alternatives. Think that, if you belong to one of the attendants of ICU or ICCU or else and take necessary action from your end. Please God's sake look into the matter on priority.Thanking you,

                                      Address: Apollo Hospital,Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

                                      I was Apollo hospital Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for my mothers cataract surgery.
                                      It was hardly a 4 hr procedure from admission to discharge as per doctor but it took around 12 hrs for us because of insurance desk staff.

                                      Initially it was our mistake to provide old insurance card but staff did not inform about it even it was rejected from insurance provider, I checked with customer care then asked Apollo staff to take a look at it.

                                      Staff have sent documents to wrong email address and I checked with customer care and corrected them.

                                      By end of the day they have got approval for initial bill and they did not send mail for final bill until 7PM even surgery was completed by 12 PM.

                                      I have checked with customer care and asked them to approve the process

                                      All this time my mother was under admission and only had lunch and they did not provide her any food after lunch till 8pm unless our relatives took initiative.

                                      I would like to raise the complaint against insurance staff and service staff for not taking care of the patient and billing process
