But till date I have not received the policy. I had talked on toll free No and lodged complain of it. The case No. is 2907942. I was told that I will receive the policy on my mail id by yesterday evening which is not received by me. I am leaving India today at night So kindly look into matter and arrange to send my policy immediately. Treat the matter as urgent.
