I have raised the complaint with subject
Apollo pharmacy — wasting customer time by giving false promise and not having enough knowledge in providing medicine.

They asked me to email to [protected]@apollopharmacy.in.
Emailed the problem they didn't replied back but problem is marked as resolved.

Let me know the reason why it has been closed.

Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care's response Not able to find the customers phone no. or any purchases on his name, please revert contact details to move forward. We requested you in the complaint, Consumer complaints, it self only marked as a solved.

so you people won't reply to the mail and ask for my contact detail ?
without replying to the Email which i sent, Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care can mark the complaint as resolved in the public site?

I got the below message after posting the complaint. In that they din't mention to provide the phone number in EMail.

"Apologies for inconvenience caused to you. We would love to get in touch with you and address the issue, please mail us your contact details at [protected]@apollopharmacy.in mentioning reference number AP1018-94 in your mail to enable us to address your concern on priority."
