[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — failed paytm withdrawal | |
I am a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy, Indira Nagar, Adyar. On 11/08/2018 I purchased some medicines there and tried for the first time to pay via PAYTM for Rs. 187/-. As its showed 'failed transaction' I paid cash Rs. 100/- and utilised credit in my favour for the balance amount of Rs. 87/-. I now notice a withdrawal of Rs. 152.10 on that day in my SB account with Indian Bank, Adyar the following details: WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER PAYTM[protected]/paytm/ TRANSFER TO [protected]. I think this amount of Rs. 152.10 pertains to some other customer with the pharmacy (perhaps kept open on the paytm code bar screen there). My bank informs that this amount is credited your account / your customer. Kindly verify at your end and arrange to credit the amount to my account with the pharmacy.
