I bought new iPhone7 2-3 months back next day of purchasing new iPhone it started lagging i informed customer support several time and i informed them that it takes more than 200Minutes to recharge and battery drains in just 8-9Hrs. they told me that they scheduled a call back for me and i supposed to get call back but almost 1 month passed but i did not get call back then i proactively scheduled a call back online for me.
