Due to display problem, phone was given for service in coimbatore office
My phone is under apple care protection plane by paying rs.4500/-
(Up to 06.07.17).
Company says warranty is not applicable and insist to pay rs.21200/- for replacement. So what is the use of taking warranty.
All relevant documents are attached.
Please do the needful.

The screen stopped working completely in December 2016 i.e within 3 months. I visited Reliance ResQ centre (official apple service centre) in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. The phone was in pretty NEW condition with some scratches which is normal after use of 3 months. However apple support didn't do anything and simple shrugged off from their responsibility and from their 1 year phone warranty by giving absurd reasons.
While submitting the phone, the technician insisted to mention in the job sheet that there are minor dents on the phone. I insisted these cannot be treated as dents as they are minor scratches in nature and hardly visible and are normal after three months o[censored]se. This excuse was used by all the level to deny me the service despite escalating it to three level.
NOTHING was done by Apple. I still cannot absorb the they way apple treated this case and they way they simple looked away from their responsibility.
