I purchased iphone 7plus and iphone 7 months later. After one month one of my iphone 7plus display changes its colour gradually and net work and mic related issues. Contact the showroom immediately, they told to show in resq reliance at pondicherry. Now they are repaired my mobile. Till now i am not getting the mobile. It was given at 13.6.2018. My question is, Why they delayed.? The problem is happiness within one month, why not give new one mobile The customer handles the phone properly, the problem happens on the mobile only, so why you repair and return the same mobile I purchased two mobile, how you assured that same problem cannot happen in other phone. I already posted my complaint,
My iPhone 7plus was given to the reliance resqu in pondicherry at 13.6.2019. My handset is not reached till now.
Within one month handset having display related problem of costly mobile.
Other brands are immediately replace new one mobile. Branded companies why not solve the issue immediately.
