Apple India — My I phone got a problem with in 6 month

I bought my i phone december end but same phone got a problem in display and getting more heat, very much fast battery drain issue, i have submitted my but they saying mobile got damage because of sweating water while attending call, even liquid detector also in good condtion in that mobile, there is no evidence for water in that strip, please help me to claim my amount from apple, really they cheated me by them brand name
