Apple India — Problem in brand new apple imac desktop bluetooth keyboard malfunction.

On 11th July, 22020, I purchased new iMac 21.5 inch, retina display desktop, which came with apple magic mouse and apple key board. Purchase was made from Maple Digital Tecjnology International . Khar West, Mumbai. india. 400052. After a week from purchase, the bluetooth keyboard started malfunctioning in the sense that some of alphabets such as mkl etc and nemerals were not registering when their keys were pressed. The company was tried to call but they did not answer or picked up. So a complaint e-mail was sent to their registered e-mail. It has been 3 days but there is no response from company. The defective piece ( apple blue tooth keyboard ) has to be repaired or replaced. The quality is so delicate and frgile that it developed malfunction in a week of purchase. From: Ramesh Goradia.
