To start with the rep didn't remember that he had asked he to do something to my phone he was trying to activate. When I let him know that I had already done that he sounded angry and tried to make me out to be an . I was patient and took it in stride. Throughout the conversation he was impatient, condescending and rude. It got to the point where I felt I had to tell him he didn't have to be so rude and condescending. When I did so he hung up on me. I have bought 6 apple devices to date. There won't be a 7th. I am done with apple ! ! !

andyk - good ! - you should be satisfied with your product and service, if not, then do as you say and spend your money somewhere else - you will feel better (maybe try Samsung) - you are the consumer and you work hard for your money, you money is your voice - let your voice be heard - good luck !
