[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV. Id. [protected] — Unable to procure a Recording Remote | |||
I've been requesting for a recording remote control as mentioned on the website, from the 7th February 2013 through the costumer care no [protected], and they have been do their best to assist me. This has been going on a daily basis, and i have been told that the engineer would visit me at my residence. On two occasions i was contacted by the engineer.saying that he would come giving me a time, after waiting for him he did not turn up. I tried to contact him on the no. he called from but was told that they had no connection with Air tel. Today I was informed by costumer care that the remote was not available.It has taken twenty one days to inform me.
