Eurekha Forbes — Disgusting service
Hi,I had bought Aquagard's Booster Model in 2008.I had entered in contract with them paying 2700 rs for 3 years.I somehow lost the receipt and document of contract,since then whenever i complaint that i am in contract period and need a service, however i dont have receipt they refuse to come and entertain any complaints.I have given them all the cheque details by which i paid them (Amount,Date of clearence,Bank's name).Service executive Mr.Ram Milan whom i caught hold asked me call Mr.Bosco which he says may be able to help me.I called Mr.Bosco and he said i will check the details and get back to me.He is not called back since.I have tried calling him but he refuses to come on phone.I dont understand that if a consumer looses a piece of paper and gives all the details needed, why they are harressed so much.I am disgusted by the service and i should say i am an unfornunate consumer of Aquagard's product.I will certainly stay away from this companies product here after.
