[Resolved]  Kenstar Electric Rice Cooker (Model No: - Krc18w1p - Rcs) — KenStar Electric Rice cooker(MODEL NO:-KRC18W1P-RCS) is not working properly

Hi,
I am Ranjan,I had bought electric rice coker(MODEL NO:-KRC18W1P-RCS) on 24-feb-2013.When I cooked rice in cooker then rice burns at bottom of rice cooker.
I visited the shop from where I had bought the cooker but he told in all electric rice cooker this will happen and didn't repair .
I tried to contact kenstar service center using numbers[protected] and Local Call[protected]STD code 06542), but both numbers are not working.I had mail regarding this on [protected]@kenstar-appliances.com but it is also not working.
Please do the needful for repairing or replacement of Rice cooker.
