[Resolved] Kenstar — no response of product service kenstar. no response from any one
Hi, my name is suresh. We have purchased KENSTAR Water Cooler Glam 22R Model Number - KCT2RF4H-EBA on[protected] from Bajaj Electronics Nellore 524003.
With in a month cooler got repair and We have logged a complaint[protected] that cooling was not happening and the details are VIJ[protected] will be serviced by vinod[protected], SVC Point [protected] Provide SCode S73665 only if satisfactory job done, Appt Dt-26/05/19, 10:00AM.
• One person called named VINOD KUMAR(Himself told he is a manger ) Mobile number- [protected] called to number [protected] and informed that our person will reach to your location on 24th because 23th is the election day So we cannot make it to service the cooler .
• Later day we called to Manage (Vinod) and he told im not able to send the person. Later on 27th he send one person and service person came and checked. He told water cooler motor not working, we have to get it from company. Very next we got message that Dear Customer, Your Reference no VIJ[protected] is closed, If not satisfied send NST on [protected].For discounted AMC call 39404040 or visit www.vgservice.co.in.
• From Bajaj Electronics one lady called (To [protected]) and enquired about completion of complaint, we clearly explained we are getting very problem with vendor.
• Later KALUTHURI VIJAY KUMAR (+91- [protected]) called and told that we have the motor and we will replace, he came and replaced the motor which is not correct specification to the cooler and he went to his service center and brought under rated specification motor and at the time he came to know that pipe has been damaged because of over loaded motor.
• Later one person came and opened all the parts of the cooler and left un fitted stating that pipe and motor need to come from Company to replace.
Status : Equipment left unfitted and un repaired more than a month without any proper solution and no one lifting the call even after so many attempts.
