[Resolved]  Kenstar — 20 days old cooler got defect technician not responding

We got the Turbo Neo cooler on April 1st and it got a defect. Water is leaking. I created the ticket and its been more than a day. No technician has come yet. We used to think that Kenstar service will be good but now we are regretting. Request to help asap.
