[Resolved] Apps You Need — Handset Delivery & Poor Response by Customer Care | |||||
I am sending my Lava x12 Handset for repairing at date 14 februrary 2017 after pickup my handset some day later i will check online status i.e show my handset will deliver at 06 march 2017 but now at till date i.e 15 march 2017 i will never receive my Lava X12 handset and there is no status shown my handset will repair or not. I will online complain at 8 march 2017 but till date my complain is pending today i am again complain. And there is very poor response by customer service they will tell me they can't give any information again my mobile if you will not able to repair my handset please return or reply this e-mail i.e satisfied me. If you will never do this also so send me any authorized person contact no that person will able to answer my question and satisfied me.
