I bought samsung grand prime 4g on 2nd september 2015. I done insurance of that phone in apps daily. Somebody theft my phone on 1st july 2016 from old delhi railway station. I have done same things which have written on rules and regulations of apps daily user manual such to take cin no. On time, to block sim within 96 hours, to do fir in police station within 96 hours, etc. There was written to send all the original papers to them so i send them all original papers to them. I sent all the papers to banglore on time. They take 3 days to study papers and 3 days to confirm all details and now they send message on 14th july saying that your papers are incomplete and we will contact to you soon but i didn't get ant call from them till today. Their contact no. Give on book is[protected]. Whenever i call them no body picks call now what can i do. Please do something. Now only you can do someting please sir help us.
