At the time of inquiry : i (Jignesh patel) was ask to your inquiry madam for professional android development course. Your inquiry madam told me (Jignesh patel) that "if you (Jignesh patel) want to learn professional android course then first you (Jignesh patel) have to learn core java.". At that time i (Jigesh patel) ask to your inquiry madam for fees and more information (Like course contain, course duration, timing etc..) about core java and professional android development course. So your inquiry madam told me (Jignesh patel) that "course duration : 3 months, timing : 3 to 4 days in a week and fees : for core java 5000 (Five thousand rupees) and for android 8000 (Eight thousand rupees)." also your inquiry madam give me (Jignesh patel) template with details of course content. Then i (Jignesh patel) told to your inquiry madam that "i (Jignesh patel) am new for android development and i (Jignesh patel) have no any idea about andriod development. Also i (Jignesh patel) told to your inquiry madam that"in your template (Which is given by your inquiry madam) only main topics (Heading) are appeared. So i (Jignesh patel) can't understand about your (Apatech) course content. After told above topics and my main requirements, your inquiry madam told me (Jignesh patel) that "you (Jignesh patel) have to pay additional 4000 (Four thousand rupees) for your requirements. So i (Jignesh patel) paid total amount 17000 (Seventeen thousand) rupees (For core java : 5000, for professional adroid course : 8000 and additional : 4000). After paid fees my course was started. First zalak madam was teach me core java. After some time zalak madam was leave the job and your sayajigunj division have no another faculty to teach me android and your sayajigunj division was told me that i (Your sayajigunj division) arranged new faculty for you (Jignesh patel). After approx 15 to 20 days your sayajigunj division arranged the new faculty (Farheen madam) for me and again i start the class. From first day farheen madam saw me only videos and just give me information about android coding. When i (Jignesh patel) request to farheen madam for develop the project and run this code, then always madam has facing the errors and some errors she can’t the solved.

After few days i (Jignesh patel) was contact to your sayajigunj division head (Maksud sir) and told everything (Starting from inquiry to till now). Then maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"send me (Maksud sir) email with attached your (Jignesh patel) requirements then i (Maksud sir) will decide". Then i (Jignesh patel) was send email to maksud sir with attached all my (Jignesh patel) requirements on 26 oct 2018. After check my (Jignesh patel) email, maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"it’s our (Aptech sayajigunj division) inquiry madam's fault. So as per your (Jignesh patel) special requirements farheen madam will teach you (Jignesh patel) everything and your (Jignesh patel) main two requirements will teach you (Jignesh patel) by another sir on saturday and sunday. Then i (Jignesh patel) again started the class.

After few days maksud sir change my (Jignesh patel) course content (Basic android course instead of professional android development). Then again i (Jignesh patel) contact to maksud sir and told to maksud sir about change my course content (Basic android course instead of professional android development). Then maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that "this course content is just for student and i (Maksud sir) covered all your (Jignesh patel) requirements". Then again i start the class.

After few days farheen madam told me (Jignesh patel) that "she (Farheen madam) teach me (Jignesh patel) only basic course content. So again i (Jignesh patel) was contact to maksud sir and told to him (Maksud sir) that"farheen madam doesn't teach me (Jignesh patel) professional android course". And again i told to maksud sir about everything (Starting from inquiry to till now). And maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"another faculty (Sir) will teach me (Jignesh patel) some topics (As per my (Jignesh patel) requirements) on saturday and sunday that mentioned below.

When i (Jignesh patel) told to your madam (Farheen madam) that "i (Jignesh patel) can't understand this videos. Please teach me (Jignesh patel) by develop this android coding in android studio. When your madam (Farheen madam) developed that coding in android studio, everytime she (Farheen madam) facing lots of errors and she (Farheen madam) can't solve that errors. Also your madam (Farheen madam) was not teaching me any content of my requirement.
