I bought ro purifier from this company. They claim that they will provide free service for 3 yrs at the time product installation. But they are not following the same. I'm trying to book a general service request for past 7 days, though i get confirmation sms, but one one came to my house. Their customer service very worst and i do not understand why they are running this at all.

I purchased a water purifier from the above company that got installed on 08/04/2016 and the warranty according to the warranty card is till 08/04/2018.

At the time of purchase, I was promised that a comprehensive maintenance including spare parts is covered under the warranty but every time they came for service, I was charged either saying there is a filter that needs to be replaced or they'll put some crystal balls in the filter which are charged at Rs.300. I was okay with all these.

Today I called them for a service because it was service due. The service engineer attended and informed me that the membrane needs to be changed and it will cost Rs.2000 when I inquired about warranty he called their office and had someone speak to me who told me that according to their records, the warranty is expiring in another 10 days and since it is such a short time, the membrane will be chargeable.

10 days or 1 month, warranty period is warranty period secondly, why is there a mismatch in the records? the warranty card I have says that the warranty is valid till 2018. Whatever be the case, if the product is under warranty, how can a company not oblige to attend to the fault.

How do I proceed a legal suite with this company?

your are right we give 1 year warranty for this product due to ground water mixed with some drainage or sewage mixing what happens means immediately membrane is chocked...so we need to change membrane because at the time of installation your water Tds is normal but after this kind of thing Metro/Ground water changed ...so please kindly co operate ...we never charged under warranty for any service ...if any person ask money kindly call customer support [protected]...and save complaint number

I have purchased the aqua nova on 2/11/2016. Within 6 months it developed problems. Persons came and repaired one or two times. On Monday it once again developed problem and nobody is ready to repair even after my repeated phone calls to local branch. Even the head office chennai is not ready to help.
Please help to overcome the problem

This was one of the worst decision and waste of 18, 000 down the drain for a pathetic water purifier which I went without knowing in the Chennai Trade Centre Exhibition.
Then I was promised a free service for the first year and apparently, I was refused one and had to enter an AMC. They claimed all spares and labours is free in AMC but later they saw the filter is not covered the purification ball is not covered, the motor is not covered. Well, there is nothing left in the machine then. On registering for an AMC they never turn up and call us from a different number to exchange our machine for a new one saying our model is stopped, no spares available. Don’t they know when they register for AMC? Every time I register for a service, I leave all my work waiting for the guy no one turns up wasting my time.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCTS FROM AQUAPUREPLUS TO ANYONE!

We bought a Whale 25 lph water purifier on 30th April 2016. It started giving a problem with filter and after repeated complaints for more than a week - it was serviced on 30/11/2016, just one day later it started giving the same problem and we have been calling the company ever since for more than 8 days but no response in terms of service till now (11th dec 2016).
This company is highly irresponsive and many times when we ask for complaint number they do not give a number and many times they have said they have no record of complaint being raised after few days which really is surprising and disgusting.
Please don’t trust this company.

Complaint no : sr[protected] dated:7/11/16, i have purchased the aqua pure plus on 18/06/2016, i have raised a complaint past two month back to change the filters, but they have not send the person. after that machine is got problem on 06/11/16, i have raised a complaint on 7/11/16, (monday) they told technician will attend the problem in 24hrs. because of that we have taken leave from my office and be in home for the technician visit but 8/11/16 tuesday they didnt came to attend the problem on wenesday they have alloted the technican but we are not in home, i have called that technician that we are not available in home we will return back to home in evening around 7pm, he told to me after reach home you call me sir, i will come and attend the problem, i called him around 6.30pm he told he cant able to come, he will come and attend the problem on wenesday, after that i am contacting the customer care person from wenesday (9/11/16) to today (15/11/16) in the customer care no-[protected], they are not responding to my calls and not even picking up my calls, i have called from my friend mobile no they are lifting the calls. after that also they are not responding for my calls.

The problem started the day the Aqua pure service person visited for servicing after which he did something short circuit in the AQUAGURAD device circuit and after that I have been daily chasing them and now It is been 8 days now and I am daily calling to the service center and people give reasons that service technician is absent and all that crap, will immediately send him and I waiting for that day to come.

I would rate it 0 STAR for service and surely looking forward to discontinue your service contract.

I was been continuously contacting all these 3 nos no body respond to my call.The problem which i am facing is in my product is i am unable to load water in my tank. the person who came for the service is Mr.Vivek he said switch is not working so he has to replace it.He visited to place on 15.09.2016.
Till now no body turned up. I have already escalated to this issue to Mr. Murugan ( Service Manager). Even he also dint took any action.Kindly send the technician as early as possible.If not i will lodge a complaint to consumer court.

Kindly do the needful...

Purchased the product in 2014. since then product is of no use. its a uv + ro of type what i bought. never had the taste of water. disgusting customer service.
I took amc on 31 dec 2015. executive said the amc worth of rs.4000/- is in offer for rs 2222/- with one year free service. i paid for it. they gave me 4 filter and i was conveyed that the entire one year service and filter changes and memberance are covered with this amc. since january water was very worst. started calling those people again for service and finally they came in end of march 2015. they changed 2 of the given filters and said in next 2 days you will see the water difference and taste of water. nothing got changed and i kept calling again the service desk. again after 4 months just today 16 july they came for service and asking for rs. 2000/- for memberane change. reason for memberane cannot be covered under rs. 2000/-. memberane change will cover only in rs. 4000/amc. this is a complete fraud and ridiculous to accept. let me know if anybody can help me in this.

Very worst product and service in this company. I took amc on dec 2015. Executive said the amc worth of rs.4000/- is in offer for rs 2250/- with one year free service. I paid for it. They gave me 4 filter and i was conveyed that the entire one year service and filter changes and memberance are covered with this amc. Within 3 months RO system not working. I started calling for service. They will come and charge for inner parts like solenoid valve, pre carbon etc. Within 6 months they charged Rs. 1150/-. After changed that parts at that working. Within 2 days again not working. Again i started calling, they came for service. Again within 2 days not working. still now i am calling but no one has any response for me.

AMC cost is 2800 whatever cover means 4 filters and 1year service only covered we are not covered Membrane ..and four ur knowledge solenoid valve is electrical product so electrical product is not cover under warranty and amc but we give 2250 only sir...you just other company and compare our price and service strategy...so please if any problem call 98409595698 and ask complaint number ...sorry for inconvenience because due to server crash we cant get ur databse...

After a month of purchase product itself not working. I have called the customer care and registered a complaint. It have been two weeks no action from this company. I am chasing like anything every time they will tell a technician will attend your complaint today. But no one will.

I think this is a fraudulent company. Many users are affecting with the same issue.

Hi we are from shollinganallur and have purchased aqua pure plus and have made amc too. AMC service is too poor, they don't even attended even after 10 calls. Consumers really suffer. This company will go for a fall if this is not attended

About the company: the company aqua pure plus situated in anna nagar in chennai is water purifer seller and service company. They sell sub standard products at higher price. They attract customers through their service features which are all false

Issue: the water purifier unit is one month old. There has been a leakage for which we have been complaining for the last 4 days. The company is making false promises to come and rectify but never turn up. Please help. We are seeking support for basic need .. Water.

The aqua pure plus peoples approched me and offered to service i accepted their offer to replace all filters and membrane and tubes they said this will cost me rs 2222/ and i accepted the offer and i payed rs 500/ as advance balnce will be paid on completion of job and they promised their technition will come with in half hr this is happened on 11th april un till this day they have not come to service my ro machine every time i call them they say their technitian to day and never come when i call their customer care no they said they will come in the evening they repeating the same story for the past 6 days i dont know what to do i all ready paid advance if not i could have called to other service provider through i advice other peoples not to make any deals with this cheating company

I have brought RO in the above mentioned company when I use the RO water first time my children were not feeling well I complaint first time a person came after a week and change the filter in the new machineand in week it took 45 to 1 hour to fill the tank and one day it took 2 hrs to fill half a tank I complaint 2 nd time no response for week then from customer care I got murugan no after a week the same person came first he told electrolyte is gone then he told pipe is bend now no problem madam. I didn't sign the complaint form. And I told him check purite level he told I don't have it and he said he bring it in couple of days no response. And on 6 April I called and raised complaint for purite checking as of now 13 April no response. It is cheating company kindly help me get new product or money

Firstly they do not come regularly as per there interval mention after so many time of following if they come the boy does not capable or doing service of aquagard properly
This is second time my aquagard machine was not working the service boy came n told me that your aquargard pcb or main cercuite board is not working this will cost me rs1800 n it is not covered in amc then i call aquagard company service for same the technician come check n change the fuse n wire connection porperly n machine started working i paid aquagard company service charges rs 300 second time

This service should be perform by aqua pure jal company as i have amc with them but their boys are train for cheating customer saying pcb not working charge extar rs 1800 n bring same pcb of the customer only
I was told twices n both the time i call aquagrad company i have to pay rs 600 to 700 instead off rs 3600
I have writen complain on amc card n ask for refund of my money back but no reply

Deficiency of services. We hav e sent the following mail to them.
"We had purchased a purifier on exchange basis and as there were few defective parts you had promised to replace it. on enquiry regarding the status of when it will be done you were giving false dates and have not taken any action. Nowadays when contacted by phone you are not attending to the call at all. the copy of the bill and the service card is attached herewith. As there is inaction from Your end we are forwarding this mail to consumer forum along with the details of phone calls recorded by Bsnl and mobile so that this matter will be settled amicably."

I have bought two units of the water purifier from Aquapure plus, Trichy office two years back. As long as I was at Trichy city, they have been providing the after sales service. But, once I have shifted to Batlagundu in Dindigul Dist, I have been requesting the company for servicing of the unit for the last one year, but though their Chennai office assures the same will be attended to, no service technician so far called on us. Recently on 09.10.2015 I have registered a complaint requesting them to arrange for servicing of the unit under complaint No. 123230 (last six digits). thereafter I have been calling them over phone every alternate days, but all our efforts are in vain. They have a branch at Trichy and Mr.Naveen is the Branch Manager. His mobile number and landline numbers are always not pocked up & responded. All the details furnished in their user manual are bogus. We, the consumers are left at lurch and some one has to initiate necessary action to stop such companies from promoting such products. I am thinking of referring this to consumer forum or other legal forum.

Purchased RO water purifier and got it installed 8 months back. During the rime of purchase, it was been told for every 2 months a person a will come and check the machine and service it, which is a free service for 1st year and then it's a paid service. Called their customer care for service, they took a complaint but no one showed up. Following with them for the past 6 six months for single service. Wrost customer service have ever seen, they are not even bothered for their customers to give a response. Still following up with them...
