I had purchased an Aqua pure water filter Nano silver from chennai trade centre on the5th 0f July..at the time of buying they promised free life time service and 100% pure water after the system was installed. They said the TDS after installing would be below 50 but i find its 98 and i also found a lot of black particles floating in the water so on the 10th of july i lodged a complaint with Mr Ramesh and Mr Mani..bothe of them promised to lookinto the matter but they did not bother to send anyone to check up..Again on the 13th i called Ramesh up and he asked me to call their helpline so i called them and the person who attended the call told me abruptly that the black particles must be carbon and i could consume the water and he now says a TDS upto 150 is ok to drink. I insisted he send a technician and he agreed but till now no one has turned up..again when i called their helpline a lady picked up and asked me what the problem was and her theory is the black particles could be some insects as they were a lot of complaints of a similar nature so her brainwave was to buy a cover from them for Rs350 and cover the filter..when they were trying to sell their product they said even a hair could not enter the water as the membrane was so fine..I regret purchasing such a substandard product with pathetic after sales team and i would never recommend this company to anyone

    This is to inform you that I installed your Nanopure water system on my house by your representative on 7th Oct '12. From that date of installation its not functioned in a single moment, but the new system was replaced from Pondycherry branch office on 11th Oct '12 after continual follow ups. After 15 days the new system also stopped its working. From the date of repaired I following your costumer care center and your representatives regularly, but since I have not received any single responsible words from your end Now its not functioned in a single moment from last 2 months. your technician not came for warranty service from the date of 29/12/2012. Please don't ever buy from this company product.

      I have purchased Nano Pure Plus from Aqua Pure Plus, Chennai in the month of May'13 during the time their sales executives confirmed the cost of the Nano Pure Plus is the inclusive of Instrument Cover and they will hand over during the service of next time. But I have been follow up with them since May'13, they are not at all responding on my request on Cover and said Cover stock is not available once we received will send it to you. You know their premium product is Nano Pure Plus and their responding on Premium customer is very very poor, also they are having one Toll free number which is useless they just inform somebody from his company staffs will attend my complaints I request people don't buy Aqua Pure Plus products since their service is very poor. Also they will not honour their commitments.

        I have already filed the complaints in www.Core.nic.in (Complaint ID: 57345/2/2013 Filed on Date 5/19/2013 9:00:30 PM) I bought a Nano Pure water purifier on 17-Nov-2012 at the cost of Rs 13500/-. Unit No: 96156. At that time of install, they didn't check the hardness and taste. They told u will get the taste after one or two days. I asked him to check the hardness they don't have the hardness machine and it should be less than 100. After two days i contacted that installed person and i informed till now no taste. He told he will come and check. After a week he directly called me and checked the water taste and i said same issue. After that he didn't came and i tried so many times not reachable / switch off / not picking the mobile. JAN 2013, one guy asked me to give reference for Water Purifier. I told how u are asking like this Since my machine is not working from day1 and i am using CAN Water from outside. He asked me to contact[protected] and he told my issue will be resolved immediatly. From 9-JAN-2013, I regulary contacted this number no one care about my issue. They told your issue will be resolved with in 48hrs. After some time that number also not worked. Then i reached [protected] and i asked him to raise the complaint about replace the new machine or return back my money. They have given complaint no: 16649 and 18864. I called at least 100 times.(I have my phone bill for this proof). They are telling same answer wait for one day. Recently I sent a mail regarding this issue and i stated like i am going to proceed with consumer even though they are not care about this issue. I don't want to suffer any one like me. Please take the severe action about this company.
        They have given worst water purifier and am complaining about this issue from day one. No one resolving my issue till now. I have called more than 100 times (I have post paid mobile bill call history for this reference). Even i have communicated through email address but they are not responding. I have filed complaint in www.core.nic.in on 05/19/2013 (Complaint ID: 57345/2/2013). I didn't get any response from them. I went directly to Head Office and asked about this issue they have given some false commitment. I have given enough chance to resolve my issue but they are not ready to resolve. Even i mentioned clearly in the yesterday mail if it continues i will proceed with media. No reposnse

          We would like to request someone to help us in handling a company which is taking us pillar to post for getting the service for the water purifier they supplied. I have bought a water purifier system from the company M/s Aqua Pure Plus. They installed a unit called Aqua Grand + against our payment of Rs.10,000/- and humble request. They supplied a unit which started giving trouble on the second day of installation. After a long battle we have made the service engineer to attend to the problem. They rectified the problem but not willing to replace it with new unit.

          As per their service terms they supposed to do 6 free services in first year of installation but its 8th month no one has come till date for service. We approached on 3rd month of installation for begging them to come for servicing the unit, the customer care executives assured an engineer at our door step with in 48hrs. The second battle was on from then, its 8th month no one has come for service. But shamelessly the poor customer care executives are committing time for service every time but no one is coming. 10days back we found a cockroach floating on the water tank where the 11stage purified water is stored. The entire unit is boxed with screwed we were shocked and stopped drinking this water. Immediately we informed the situation to the M/s Aqua Pure Plus customer care (we don’t know who else to contact). Even now their attitude and approach has not changed and no one willing to attend this.

          We don’t know how to handle this please help us in this regard.

          Aqua Pure Plus — product not working from the day of installation

          ro water purifier installed on 28-10-11, after 30 min of run of that machine, it stops working. atonce called the sales person, even for the new product , complaint raised in the toll free no, comp number 35631, dt 29-10-11, today is 07-11-11 till now nobody cares to attend that machine, while installation, sales person damaged the existing kitchen tape, and it keeps on leaking, giving us a mental torture. on repeated calls made to the office atthirumangalam anna nagar, still no solution for my complaint to the new product paid rs 8500 for that waste machin.

          AQUA HELP LINE SERVICES — AQUA NOT WORKING PROPERLY

          i have purchase AQUA Guard for Purifying Water in Oct 2011 but it is not working in Just 6 Months. From Last one month we are facing a huge problem. Three time person has come to make it working but no solution is there .

          Kindly Help us.

            Aqua Pure plus India ( www.Aquapureplus.com) has not attended to my complaint for the last 7 days. My complaint no. 20814 dt 07.03.2013. Their branch in adayar, chennai given in the website still is closed. Many of the phone nos given in the website is not working. Complaint mail written to the customer care is bouncing !!!!!... When i called for complaint they say 48 hours and that is on 07.03.2013... every day when i call twice thrice , the customer care telecallers give standard reply that it will be attended by evening. Last 3 days they tell they have put my complaint in emergency list... we do not know as to what does emergency in the companies parlance... The same company sent their engineers in 2 hours for receiving the AMC !!!. Even govt departments work more efficients and with great care.... CAVEAT EMPTOR AQUA PURE PLUS ELSE YOU WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF THE COMPANY.

              Aqua pure plus had put a stall at Chennai trade centre, i they collected Rs.500 for advance booking on water purifier.. They were following for 2 months and finally installed with some discounts and they have committed that it carries 1 year free maintenance . When i called them for free service , sales man has given his MD number as he has resigned from the company.. Then i contacted the MD for 3 days with complaint number and he is not able to resolve the complaint...DECIDED TO LOG A COMPLAINT ON THIS ISSUE... IN FUTURE PLS DONT BUY WATER PURIFIER FROM AQUA PURE PLUS.

                Sub : Water filter breakdown and Poor service from Aqua Pure plus company

                I bought a Dolphin model water filter from your company on 26.04.12. One Abbas sold this machine
                The machine is not working continuously and is breaking down frequently. I have to call your service people many times to get this serviced(In spite of 1 year warranty).

                Installed on 26.04.12, First Broke on 30.05.12 fixed on 09.06.12 after lot of follow up. Again break down on 20.06.12 and attended on 16.08.12. Again break down from 18.08.12. Followed up may times no service person turned up. Hence returned the machine and asked for money back. But company not returning money

                water filter — not attending for service

                for the past 45 days i am continusly calling the chennai no.14 burrkit road t.nagar branch for service but till now no body has responded.I have paid 2 years service ammount and suffering.I would request the company to take seviere acction against the dealer and do the needful.

                No response till now on top of it, ur telephone operator disconnected line. No sebvior has a coutesy to speak to customer & arrange solution.
                Overall a ruthless service levels.
                Remember I paid AMC & Iam ur customer for the past 7yrs, if I continue to recv this serce levels. I may seek assistance of consumer court.

                      Respected sir,
                      We purchased an aquapure plus 5 stage open type purifier on 6th of march. purchase receipt no is 225270 .One service engineer installed the equipment and there was a water leakage and we had to call back the customer care and the instrument was then replacedon 8th.

                      Then next service person Mr. Ambreesh came and replaced the leakage instrument with new one with same type of filters in all instead of carbon filters and a 24 volt solenod valve was fixed.
                      The instrument again went faulty and we had to call back the service engineer and after 4 days . Two persons, Dinesh and one more person came and told they were not informed correctly about the complaint and they had come to visit the site.
                      Then next day Dinesh came and changed the solenod valve .

                      After all it has been found that all the filters are same type of filters and carbon filter is not used for the purification of water.When we repeatedly called service engineers , they told they bought the carbon filter on the way to our house it was broken and
                      Manager Mr. Ramesh he says we will send the persons . but till now no one has attended the fault
                      From 6th till now the equipment in not in condition.We have done minimum of 20 calls for the same complaint . Being highly fraustrated at last we kindly request you to take action against the same and solve the problem immediately.

                        Hello Sir/Madam,
                        I am Priya from Chennai.We have bought RO water Purifier from Aqua Pure Plus,Chennai.We have installed this RO plant on June,2011.When we approached them for installation, people from Aqua Pure Plus company arrived on the next day itself.They installed and charged Rs.7000-/.After that 3 times we have changed the filters and they have charged average of Rs.400-/ each time they came.Atleast we have to call them for minimum 10 times for the service then only they will come for the service.Finally,we had problem in the RO plant on December,2011 end.For that service they came on January 3rd,2012 and collected Rs.800-/.After that due to some fault connections the plant stopped working on January 27th 2012 onwards.
                        I have lodged the complaint on January 29 and the complaint no. is 33708.But till now they have not came.I have called around 30 times.Always they tell like we will send the person.But no one has done nothing.We cannot buy canned waters regularly.So,Please do the needful.

                          Hi,

                          I am writing this complaint againt AquaPure Plus (water purifier). I bought their machine on September 2009 for Rs 8000 and one of the customer service member informed that the company provided free service for one year. However they never came to provide the service, whenever I tried to call their customer service number was either informed that an agent will attend the service or they demand to pay for the service.

                          I have regretted in purchasing this product, as they do not know what the term 'customer service' means.

                          I kindly request someone from the consumer forum to take necessary action against them so that no more customers get fooled in the future.

                            During January 2011 the nano-pure (water purifier company at AQUA PURE PLUS no. 16/148 V.V.Kovil st.Thiruvalleswarar Nagar. Thirumangalam Anna Nagar, Chennai 40).. was installed at my residence at
                            KGF. Karnataka. I was assured service after sales although my residence is at Kolar
                            Karnataka, the cost of the water purifier is Rs. 14000 ( Rupees fourteen thousnd only) .Now the purified water is faulty and the
                            product requires urgent service.
                            I was requesting the service since July 2011 and I was told that
                            the service personnel will be attending in a couple of days. Till date
                            no one has visited my place.
                            I was told during installation that, service after sales hence I have
                            decided to install the product. I have made number of calls requesting
                            for service to all the telephone numbers provided in the user
                            manual and also sent e-mail to the concern at Chennai on[protected].However there is no response one pass the responsibility to
                            other by simply directing to other numbers.
                            I request your good self to kindly arrange for immediate action against the AQUA PURE PLUS water purifier company at chennai Tamilnadu for deficiency of service for the product.

                              I BROUGHT TWO AQUA PURE FRESH WATER RO SYSTEM FOR MY FAMILY ON 04.04.2011 FROM AQUA PURE PLUS COMPANY, ANNANAGAR,CHENNAI.600040 FOR RS.23000/-. THEY PROMISED ME TO GIVE TWO ELECTRIC RICE COOKERS FOR TWO PRODUCTS I BUY. THEY ADVERTISE THAT IN LEADING TAMIL NEWS PAPER[DAILY THANDHI] ALSO.
                              BUT THEY NEVER GIVE ANYTHING. AND THE PRODUCT I BROUGHT IS ALSO LEAKING CONTINOUSLY. I PHONED MANY TIMES TO ALL RELATED TO THE COMPANY AND BRANCHES BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I FELT THAT I AM CHEATED BY THAT COMPANY.
                              I REQUEST GOVERNMENT AND CONSUMER FORUM MUST TAKE FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THAT IRRESPOSIBLE CHEATING COMPANY.

                                The Quality of the product & Service support of the company is depends on the M.D. If he thinks, the people are idot, then his company product & service will be worst.Rather than compliant about the product spread their nuesience of the product to public to save other people hard earened money.

                                I have worst experience in my life & I have scapped the product to make mind free.

                                YEST THE WORST SERVICE. THEY WONT RESPONSE AND KEEP THEIR WORD. POORLY TRAINED WERVICE MEN, IS THEIR HIGHLIGHT
                                I have a much - much worse experience . Their service engineer broke the machine, and mADE ME 4500 RS TO RECTIFY THAT.

                                later, within a week, when the solenoid got damaged due to the fall, they have not attended to the same, and i had to depend on external parties to get the same rectified. worse, they sell the spares at 5- 8 times the inflated price. pre-filter, paper type they sell for 700, while the actual price is only 140. Similary they sell the membrane at 3000, while the actual price is 900.

                                They are also not selling good quality, they promise dow filters, while actally sold is something diferrent, please treat these people like pigs.

                                Worst part, is that they go to engineering college, recriut engineers, and make their life spoiled ...
                                aqua pure plus service very very worst, don't buy aqua pure plus product
                                last 2 week every day i call customer care, she told today evevning come servive person, this one line she tole last 2 week nobody came service .

                                  Dear sir,this is for your kind notification, this particular person who started his business selling water purifiers door to door just 4 years before with a single branch and with 4 to 5 employees with a turnover of just 75k to 1 lac/month,now at present does an astounding business of 75 lacs to 80 lacs/month with 13 branches down south, a manufacturing unit growing fastly with a total manpower of around 250 employees and also has registered various types of business under his name and other family members.The point here is he has hardly paid any income tax,or to that word any other taxes in any means.His unidentified godowns holds almost all spares and parts of waterpurifiers which are mainly imported items.He is also a defaulter of almost all credit cards and has property running to crores of rupees on his name and his family members.There are around 20 consumer complaints pending against him in the consumer forum which he is nowhere concerned about in any way.my only anxiety here is can this kind of defaulters be brought to book and be taught a lesson. I actually got this idea of reporting this to you by watching on the television about the deadline of incometax of march"15 which he may escape even this by paying a meagre amount.GRILLING HIM IS THE BEST .                                     I have purchased a water purifier AQUA PURE PLUS RO at Bangalore in a Consumer products eexxhibition in May10. I was promised to get an excellent regular service and free maintainence for 1 year. I was told service person will visit everymonth and check the quality of water and do necessary maintain work to ensure healthy drinking water all time. Till now, the service person has visited only once in Aug10. That too after repeated follow up. I was told that they will have a service support office in Bangalore and will attend regularly thereafter. Now I have problem of water leakage from the filter. When I called, found, no one is available in Bangalore and someone from Hosur responded that he will send a service person immediately. It is more than 4 days and no one turned back. Moreover, when I call now, they are not picking up the phone too. I am really surprised and shocked to know about such a poor service response. I would request the consumer forum to take the necessary action immediately on this company and they have to compensate me for taking away my time in follow up, causing lot of mental pain to family as well. Now I request to payback the money for not keeping their promise at the time of purchase and take back the appliance or do the service as promised and ensure that we get the quality healthy water to drink. I can produce all the eviddence required for this purchase.

                                    I too purchased Aqua Pure Plus at Palace Grounds, Bangalore on 9/8/2012 being model open type. Did a blunder mistake in my life by purchasing their product. It was working fine and later started complaints coming up. While selling the product they promised me they will give the cover to it and to get that cover i called them more than 20 to 30 times. Finally i got the pathetic plastic cover to cover the open type model. While selling they said, it is life time service warranty. But not even once they visited my home for checking it working condition. When something goes wrong i call customer care no [protected] but no one picks the call. But on brochure and user manual they have printed 24 hours help line with this number. Alternate i call other number but every one give new no. One person Mr. Nirmal asked me to call [protected] and contact person is Mr. Deva. Mr. Deva gave another no [protected] and contact person is Mr. Deepak. He gave one more no [protected]. Now only we can access is Mr. Shivaram Krishnan at [protected] but he gives false commitment saying within two days we will arrange service person to attend your work. Mr. Shivaram Krishnan said, they don't have anyone to look after service in Bangalore and they need to appoint a person as service engineer.

                                    Now i am thinking to call any local service person who can help me out.
                                    I have purchased an Aqua Pure plus Dolphin model water purifier Before an year.

                                    Now i have shifted my house for that i asked for re-installation.

                                    But i am waiting for the service person for a long time( More than 15 days).

                                    One time service person came but he does not having the Proper tools(drilling machine) then he return back with out doing anything.

                                    I am struggling for the drinking water because of the poor service support.

                                    Please arrange a person immediately.
                                    If service is not good, company head has to take action.

                                      I bought a couple of Aqua Pure Plus RO Water purifiers after they claimed a lot of experience in water purification and promised excellent service backup ( they claimed to have a 24 x 7 call center ). the first 3 -4 months everything went fine and when we started getting problems our service problems started.Our first service call took 7 days to attend that too after a lot of follow up and finally yelling. Now it takes 2 - 3 weeks, the last time around we had to speak to their MD Mr Sakthivelu. Now we have booked a service rqst nearly 3 weeks back and I guess we may need to call their MD again, reachign him also is proving to be a poblem as his mobile is not reachable ( not sure if this is deliberate and he has changed his number ). Please don't ever buy from this company .... they talk a lot but don't walk their talk on wee bit.

                                      water filter -aqua guard — need service plus has a issue

                                      hi, we purchased aqua guard in february 2008. . i am calling service centers from pass 6 days . everytime answer is "we will send person tommorrow sure" .and tommorrownever comes, its really getting crazy to wait for you guys and you dont turn up.
                                      when we caled technician 2 months ago
                                      screw behind could not be unscrewed and technician said he would get the tool to fix it, its been ages he turned in to fix it .
                                      dont know whats happening to you people . hope you take some action soon.

                                      I took an Annual maintaince plan from AQUAPLUS which is an authorized AQUAGUARD service agent.They serviced my machine on the 14th of May 2009, after which my music stopped playing during the water filling.I called them on the21st of May and the standard reply was we will come tomorrow, since then I have contacted them innumerable time sometimes it is some SAMEER, sometimes it is some SHEKHAR that talks to me with the same answer we will come tomorrow but the crooks that they are they never turn up.I regret putting my hard earned money in this product, where the service is so shoddy and run by crooks.Videocon is a cheating company and I would advice all never to buy their products.

                                      Aqua Pure Plus — RO not working properly

                                      I have purchased the Aqua Pure plus RO water purifier (Kent model) on September 2010. I have raised nearly 10 complaints, there are not rectifying my complaints. I requested them to replace a new machine, but they took my machine and again given the same machine with same defects. I am keep on calling to the customer but no response from them.

                                      we had purchaed 3nos of Dolpin model aqua pureplus in my appartments, dated on 15.12.10.After installation, i have faced lot of problem due to very poor quality of two pin plug, cable, filter etc.now it is not working.some bad smell coming in the system.i have booked lot of complaints(complaint no-21509) in kallakuruchi, trichy and chennai.simply they are telling that we will come and solve the problem.still nobody has came.so my personal advice is dont purchase in this company.
                                      I also had similar probloms and almost every alter nate week it gets repaired. They gave me a scrap machine. Now they says to take AMC for next year.

                                      Aqua Pure Plus Water purifier — Waste of Buying this product

                                      i brought aqua pure , after two days of installation unit is not working after lodging complaint they visit nearly after two months, then two days unit worked, third day onwards unit is not working, still unit is not working, the same problem happens till date, am totally fed up with your product, totally waste of money, This problem not only happens for me, most of the people in my surroundings faced the same problem,

                                      I completely agree. I bought a water filter from Aqua pure plus (Nano pure). For the first few months, it was okay, they came every month to service it and their customer service people called after that to check if we were happy with the service etc. Talk about a honeymoon period. All was well until the water started smelling like sewage. I checked all the other taps in my house, wondering if the problem was my water source. But everything else smelled just fine. It was impossible to even bring the bottle near the mouth, forget about drinking it. It smelled so pathetic, that it was nauseating.

                                      I made calls to the call centre and explained the problem. It took several days (and more phone calls) before someone turned up. And even that person was rude and sulky (probably because I was so frustrated with everything and having to buy expensive bottled water everyday, hence was not 'courteous'.) He fixed it and left. A few hours later, the water started smelling again. The only smell I can compare it to is sewage. It was that bad. Meanwhile, the tap started leaking and my kitchen was perennially damp. To say that I was angry/annoyed/irritated is an understatement. Another week of bottled water and harried phone calls went by before another person came. He fixed it and I asked him to wait for sometime to see if everything is ok. It was. He left. Another hour later, the tap started leaking again and the water started smelling again.

                                      By this time I had arranged for canned water, so my family doesn't go thirsty or worse fall ill because of this pathetic water purifier.

                                      I called the manager for my area several times, and he was another story altogether. He didn't even let me finish what my complaint was and shut me up by yelling 'I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW'. He got it back from me for that, but that was the last I heard of him. After that I became a known number to him and he doesn't pick up my calls.

                                      I'm tired of this cat and mouse race. But, I have a water filter that I have paid for and can't use. So again, I called the customer service and told the girl that my water smelled. And she asks, "Ok, so what's your complaint?" I'm dealing with immature, unprofessional people and its unfortunate.

                                      For now, they've 'booked' a complaint and I'm just hoping (against hope) that they'll come and fix it.

                                      I will NEVER EVER recommend this product to anyone.

                                      For god-sake don't buy this stupid product. This company and the supporters of this by serving them knowingly, will face all curses of the sufferers. So those who are innocents, can from now onwards leave the management to go alone the co into hell.
                                      1. They cheated me by entering into the house that they are from aquaguard to whom only we contacted. So they misused criminally other company;s name and efforts.
                                      2. They have not given any original bill and denying for that.
                                      3. In spite of direct approach twice at anna nagar branch the so called Head of location Arun openly tells that he doesn't need such customers.
                                      4. The so called Area Manager Manjunathan also behaves indisciplined way.
                                      5, Above all Salesman Azish, who is now area manager due to the direct cheating sales made to me, is not all coming in the picture and hiding.
                                      6. When we approach Aquaguard(The original Co, whom we called) now they are also not coming for service purpose. It means some tie-up links are with Aqua Pure Plus(The fraud Company) in the lower level management for commission. This is come to know true.Because we sent email to Aquaguard for service but being intercepted by Aqua Pure Plus or received from Aquaguard and fraudulenrly installed Aqua Pure Plus.

                                      Aqua Pure Services — Water Purifier

                                      The Aqua Pure Services have entered into a maintenance contract with us for a period of one year to provide maintenance services to our Water Purifier, however his employee not manage their job properly and in the month of June, 2011 his person create some problem in my water purifier and result of that my water purifier not working properly, thereafter they took my machine to their officer and again installed in the month of August, 2011, with out removing the fault in my machine, then again recently they took my machine and return back saying that the part is not available in the market, once they arrange the said part they will rectify my machine.

                                      My compliant is first they create fault in my water purifier, second in last six months they not rendered their services because of this reason.

Everytime, the machine gets fixed I have a problem with some other part. It is only 6 months since I have fixed this machine.                                       the worst company and service i have ever seen... if any one has any idea of buying water purifer dont even dare to think of this name... nearly it took them 2 solid months 1 week for my complient to be handled.. and worst f it is tat they dont come for service in their warranty period after which if they come too they ask us to buy extra materials to improve purity and make us pay..
                                      the worst service you can ever think of. When we make an AMC they were supposed to come every month and do service. in the last one year they did only five time irregularly that too after too many calls. Customer service staff are not at all customer friendly. we cannot reach the MD. if at all he piscks up the call, he will give only false commitments. Today after the service was done, we found that the cleaning has not been done properly, after sometime, the filter fell down. I am trying to get them back to fix it. But no responsible answers. Please do not buy any product from this company. I am planning to take them to consumer court. None of their team leaders or staff behave properly. i don't know from where they bring these people.

                                      I am Rajendran residing in Annanagar west, chennai, Tamilnadu. I a bought a AQUAPURE PLUS water purifier in May 2011. Nearly 10 months span I suffered a lot in service. the new unit served for 3 months better. then it started giviing trouble. But the service is very very very poor. they wont come come at all to attend the complaint. the service executive wont response our complaints. every time, they will come after a weeks time and assure us to come back and rectify the mistake in the same eve. but it is a lie. they wont come back. I mailed to the aquapure plus company but in vain. still this month I gave a complaint on 9th march 2012. It was cleared only now after a long struggle. MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY THIS WATER PURIFIER.

                                      Yes... Aqua pure plus may be cheat company... They promised that during the warranty period, they will change one prefilter... I bought it on july 2011. One lady called me by March'2012 and told me that my warranty period is over by Feb'12, please take AMC and lot of promises that they will change this that etc etc... Now, I am chasing for a service at least...I don't know why the hell the owners are running a business like this...
                                      This company is a stupid company and cheating customer.

                                      There is one useless cheating sales person in name of saravanan you can find this guy with big eyes dark complexsion, always in the nandambakka, Chennai trade Center, in any consumer product trade fair. he simply esclater the price and give us discount on negociatation and while delivering the product the change the filter inside with cheaper products. in open type RO system there should be one pre filter and next carbon filter and then sediment filter and membran and booter pump.

                                      in this they will change the sediment filter with pre filter, which cost only 30 rupees. and in the menbrane the flimtec membrane, made by DOW chemicals is the best. but that is replaced with some stupid company blue in color. so like this they keep cheating people and the pump is also changed. so based on the price discount they change the filters inside and delivered.

                                      these guys have both OE and Duplicate spares. which is replaced and delivered. the actual cost of open type RO is only Rs4400 which is assembled and supplied in some parts of ambattur.

                                      how many of are aware of the fraud. by mistake we have brought but we regret.

                                      Myself and my neighbour purchaed 2nos of Dolpin model aqua pure plus. Everything is went fine for one year . After that we are faced lot of problems . The service is very worst and also they are not responsible for our calls. We made complaints many time. I had AMC with them for Rs.2, 800. They gave only three filters. After that they haven't ever visited my house. I am having doubt about this company and their service. I think they are doing fraud service. .so my personal advice is don't purchase in this company especially from Annanagar branch.
                                      Please don't be carried away by the promises made buy the marketing fellas of Aqua Pure Plus.. its all false and they dont stand up to the promises. I had purchased 3 Dolphin R.O. machines 2 towards the end of March, 2012 and the third by the end of May. The 2 machines bought during March started giving problems within 3 months of purchasing and when when a complaint was lodged n this regard, the service fellas come over after a week or so and finally end up doing nothing. They drag this issue for about 6 months and then say the warranty has expired you have to replace this filter and that membrane and would give you a bill for around Rs. 2500/- or so. If you tell them that the marketing fellow had informed that the machine had a one year warranty you would be surprised to hear that the warranty for parts is only 6 months and only service warranty is for one year and you have to pay for replacements. And the tone of the people to whom you lodge complaints is also arrogant.


                                      These people are wholesale cheats and i would never recommend this product to anyone.

                                      This is selva from chennai and I bought a new Aqua Pure Plus RO+UV Water purifier(Cruze ultima) for Rs9000/- before 2 days and the day one itself water is not all good and bad smell(like insects with muddy particles) since it has eight layer of filters.Then i called them and told my problem but still now they did not respond to meand resolved my problem, even more i made many calls to them.But the sales person (sukumar-[protected]) promised excellent service( 24 x 7 call center) and water quality will be good, Free installation, tank cover free etc., Finally i came to know that company is totally fraud and worst company after i bought it.They are not doing business for money value.cheating all people by telling fake offers and advertisement.

                                      So please don't buy this product forever and tell me how to take action against them as legal.

                                      I completely agree as I am also a victim of this unpfofesional & unethical Company.
                                      I also bought a water filter from Aqua pure plus (Nano pure).Few years back I was using Aquaguard Reviva & due to high salt content, membrane was getting clogged & filter had to be changed within 1 month.However as there were frequent problems they deputed one service person & informed that that this model will not be suitable & even refunded the money back.The same was communicated to Mr.Saravanan, Sales Manager while going for a new water filter.However he informed that our latest NANOPURE model will be suitable for any type of water.So for the first month, it was working well & they came every month to service it and customer service people called regularly to geet feedback about service.However right from day one the unit was installed it was giving one problem ot the other.Service engineers who used to come just repair the problem & once they leave other problem will start.Service persons who come dont have knowledge & not equipped with basic tools.

                                      Call centre people dont know how to handle customer & poor customer service.

                                      I STRONGLY ALSO AGREE THAT NO ONE SHOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT. THANK GOD I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. TO LOOSE MY FACE & IMAGE IN FRONT OF THEM.
                                      We bought out Aqua Pure in the beginning of 2011; and this year gave the full Rs. 4500 for AMC as well. During the year (as of 26 Dec 2012), they have just come thrice after multiple calls. The folks in customer service just harass you to the core and it makes us feel as if we are doing a big crime by even thinking of drinking good water. Example - the man is asking the address in detail, including what is the pin code in T. Nagar. Weeks and months have gone and the system is useless; they dont repair defects properly and say that make do without this button or part. Waste of money and waste of effort. There should be a national ban on such money making ventures who take customers for a ride. We have two old ladies in the home and they have been tolerating absolutely useless customer service and maintenance contracts. Balaji

                                      After reading all the posts I can only laugh at myself too. Just fooled by this company. They were keen until I paid for the AMC. After that no service. My machine got repaired in september 2012. I called for service, and everytime the questions asked by the telecaller is the same and the reply is the problem is completed today. After all my struggles, a person came TODAY... to say there is problem in the electrical motor and it doesn't come under AMC. The cost for repairing is 4500/-
                                      Just cldn't laugh or cry.... sillar sirippaar.. sillar azhuvaaaar... naan sirithu konde azhuginraen!!! I am planning to go and return their product to the MD.

                                      Beware .. think thousand times before buying this product.

                                      Hi, Adding to all the complaints, I too had a lot of bad experience and cheating by this company.
                                      I bought a Dolphin DLX last February 2012. It worked well for about a month and stopped working.
                                      I had to complain a million times and follow up continuously for several months till they finally came in september. They didnt fix it completely because of which there was a leak inside the machine and it spoiled the adaptor and it stopped working again in 2 days.
                                      Again I have complained, again calls, followups and finally they came in jan 2013 and dis-assembled everything. They said, they will come back the next day with spares and havent come till now. The things that they disassembled are still lying around the same place.

                                      This is a seriously cheating company dont buy purifiers or product from this company.

                                      I am one of the unfortunate customers of Aqua pure plus... the complaints not attended for last 17 days even after daily follow up. They have collected about Rs 4500 as AMC and they are not coming even once a month as per the contract. They supposedly have a call centre who give the same wordings every day morning and evening. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT ... infact its one of the worse ever consumer service i have come across in the life...
                                      We bought Aqua pure plus dolphin model in Jan 2013. The product worked well only for some two weeks and after that the taste of the water turned bad. Inspite of lot of complaints, these persons are not able to rectify the problem and they simply wash the machine and mesh. Thats all. Do not buy this product from Aqua Pure Plus. Its utter waste.
                                      We have bought Aqua Grand in May2013 and for last one week, it was not working due to some electrical issue in the unit. The unit is not even coming up online and this has been reported to their customer care last week and being followed up regularly every day with them for action. Their promises and sorry, kept on pouring in, without any action to rectify. And every time, they have given various time slots in the day for the last one week and we remained at home to get the same attended.

                                      We fail to understand why the basic service is not being provided by this company and as rightly said by others in this forum for Aqua Pure Plus, I strongly recommend not to go for any product from this company.

                                      No amount of talking or shouting yield any result from them till now. I regret for the purchase done with them and never come across such pathetic service from any dealer/service providers so far.

                                      I really feel cheated and have missed to check all these complaints before buying this product.
                                      Yes, same problem for me too. They are most frustrating to deal with. I am planning to junk their RO for an exchange offer with Kent or Aqua Guard
                                      Hi i purchased aqua pure plus dolphin model water purifier the service of this company is very poor and in fact their company do not have any ethics.

                                      After the warranty I entered into the AMC by paying Rs.4800. now 3-4 months back one of their service engineer came and checked the filter they found the membrane is gone week as lot of reject water is going and he made the report and said in one week they will come and replace the membrane.

                                      so far nobody came.i went to their office and complained to their service manager by name Mr.Muragan he promised me that he will send the person with membrane in two days . Till today they have not come. I spoke to him on 08/02/2014 again then he said he will call back. but he never called.

                                      service of the company is so poor i suggest nobody should buy this products.
                                      Dear sir, I am M Gnanam one of the consumer who purchased the Nano Silver on 11 Aug 2013. Then after we are replacing filters as the customer care service personal suggesting.

                                      During last May 2014 onward, we are facing difficulties on getting purified water from the purifier and the amount of water decreasing gradually and completely stop since last month..

                                      The complaints was launched several times. The customer care persons are demanding money for replacement of membrane as the warranty period is till not expired. The are time passing and not rectifying the actual problem since two months.

                                      Even though the primary filters and connected parts have replaced as per the suggestion of the customer care persons, for replacement of membrane also money is being demanded by them and making time pass at about two months. Then why the warranty and guaranties are given by the company?. During the selling time they are promising much more but showing the actual face during problems. Attending without rectification of complaints is meaning less.

                                      In view of above you are requested to take necessary steps to do the needful.

                                      This is R.Gnanasekaran from Tamilnadu state and Chennai city. I bought the Aqua Pure plus water purifier last year 17Oct2014.
                                      When the sold the product they assure if any problem on instrument with in two to three hours they assure to solve it. But with in two months onwards
                                      Until now that instrument is not functioning properly and customer service behavior also worst. Because of that Our family bought outside can water that water
                                      Also not hygienic and we got fever due to water. We have child in our family also. Please take necessary action regarding this complaint.

                                      I bought a iron remover. For about a 3 months iit was fine then the problem started.. Carbon from the iron remover flushed to my tank and the carbon dissolved to my water purifier... All my bucket become black even we fall sick due to that carbon...
                                      We called and askd for service but they are asking money even we have warranty..

                                      Aqua Pure Plus is a useless company and product. Why are they selling the product if they don't have ability to service.


                                      I have really serious problem with their service team. Recently I have purchased Aqua Grand+. Last week my purifier didn't work and in this regard I have called your helpline on Tuesday 4th Aug and they gave me request number. After many follow-up's they attended my problem on Thursday 6th Aug. The technician said that adapter problem and them he did something and told me now it will work. But it worked for 3 hrs and again same problem. So next day I called the helpline again is the request number. I told them all the details but till now nobody has turned up. My purifier is under Replacement Warranty. In this regard I have called up their head office in Chennai and they gave me Service manager contact number. When I asked him he is not giving me any favourable answer. Instead he is teaching me how to talk to him. Initially when I discussed with him I mentioned him the


                                      Service Request number as I do for all my home appliances. But he said to me to give my name and whole history as he don't


                                      have access to his system. I have been doing this for the past 5 days. Still no response. The service support is not good enough and now ultimately consumer is the loser.


                                      NO ONE TURNED UP TO SERVICE MY PURIFIER YET. Please don't buy this product.

                                      The water purifier purchased one month back not working properly
                                      Hi all,
                                      I bought an aqua pureplus water purifier 2 years back. After the warranty period, they insisted for AMC and the same was entered 6 months back.
                                      But i am trying to call them for the past 45 days for the service. No one has turned up so far. while calling over phone, the IVRS repeatedly telling "you will be attended to shortly" but even if you wait for 30 minutes there wont be any response.
                                      Very very poor service.
                                      Our energy in calling them, phone bill are a waste one.
                                      I recommend that please dont purchase Auqa pure plus water purifier, as we have to suffer after buying it.
