This is to inform you Sir, for the past 2 months i am contacting these numbers 1) Kaviaselvan - [protected] 2) Murugan - [protected] 3)Kasirajan - [protected] I was been continuously contacting all these 3 nos no body respond to my call.The problem which i am facing is in my product is i am unable to load water in my tank. the person who came for the service is Mr.Vivek he said switch is not working so he has to replace it.He visited to place on 15.09.2016. Till now no body turned up. I have already escalated to this issue to Mr. Murugan ( Service Manager). Even he also dint took any action.Kindly send the technician as early as possible.If not i will lodge a complaint to consumer court. Kindly do the needful...
