Arena Flowers — order not delivered and pathetic customer service

I have placed an order on 14th feb for some one special who was leaving the organization the same day. The order was placed for a different city and for an organization based in india. I called the customer service 89 times the same day and emailed the customer service as well however no response. At last i got an email from arena flowers that the order status has been changed to processing. Another email dropped in my email stating that due to high demand, there is a delay in processing the order. I called the customer service regularly on 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th however no one answered the call and no response on email. On 16th i received another email stating that we were not able to deliver the request and need your support for the same. I replied the same day that i cant support the company and i need my refund. I received another email stating that i refused the order which came on 16th however i received the call on 17th. Another fake mark on the company where the data they have is not correctly placed and they are telling the customer that they are fake. I called the customer service on 19th (1st call) and the first person answered my call was max, he was talking to me as he is the head of the department, he was talking over me and was not able to understand me at all and at last he hung up the call on my face. I was continuously asking him to make me speak to the manager and he denied and told me that no manager is available. I called again and spoke to isha sharma (2nd call), i asked her to make me speak to the manager and she also told me the same thing that she will raise the concern to the concerned team and they will call me back. I told her that i cant wait as i am super frustrated and i want to speak to the manager right now. Same answer that no manager is available right now to answer the call, they are not in office right now. I asked isha that the entire operations is running without a superior person which is not possible. She disconnected the call telling me that she will arrange a call back for me. 3rd call was again to max where he just answered my call and told me that he cant repeat himself again that no managers are available right now and hung up the call. 4th call was answered by divya, when i asked her tp make me speak to the manager, she asked me to wait and she will try and transfer the call. She placed my call 3 times and attempted to transfer the call. Finally she also said the same thing that no manager is available right now to answer the call and i have to wait and disconnected the call. I called again (5th call), isha answered my call and said that no manager is available right now to talk to the customers and she will arrange a call back. I called again (6th call), this time again max answered my call and said that no manager is available right now and was talking over me again and again. I asked him to make me understand what position he is working right now, because the way he is talking to me seems that he is the head of the operations and he placed my call after that for 17 min and disconnected my call. Called again (7th call), this time my call was answered by priya and she also said that there is no manager available to answer my call and she will arrange a call back.

I am investing my time to call the company again and again and there is no manager available to talk to the customer and listen to my frustration and understand what these guys are doing over the phone, how they are talking to the customer and how professionally they are treating the customers.

I am going to take this matter very seriously and i will take this to the highest level. To all the social media channels and do whatever possible from my end to teach you guys a lesson on how to treat your customers. I am not doing job for your guys and you are not paying me for calling you again and again and listen to the crap from your mouth.

I refused the order because the person is not there any more and i am not working in noida location to accept the order. I cant take the flowers for anyone unknown.

I need my refund and i am very clear on this and you have take action against max who is pathetic on calls and done know that we are the customer and we are paying you for the services and same money is utilized to pay their salary
