I got a call from asian big bazaar yesterday they told me that u r the lucky winner as u shop online and got 85 points because of which u have been selected as our top 10 customer and you can win many prizes our first prize is suzuki swift second is altok10 and third is bajaj pulsar rs200 this are the top three prizes and the rest seven custombers will get prizes of worth 30000 to 50000 and these are assured prizes there is no lucky draw for this all the 10 customers will get a prize of minimum value of rupees 30000. After telling all this they told me to order a product from there site to register and to conform the prize then i purchased a combo of wallet belt of worth 1300 they told me that i will get the information of the prize tomorrow. But now they are not responding and the are also not attending the call i also have some of the call recordings plesse help me to get my my money back please help me pleasei hope that my problem will be solved

    I purchase optima watch of cost 1200 from asianbigbazaar.com. but they not give me refund of my money in my bank account after complaining that I am not interest in watch and they not cancel it and not ship also and show the order pending. please help me. please work on my complain and I have all call records in my phone. please help me and take a action about company and my money please.

    Asianbigbazaar is a fraud company. they do not refund my money and they fraud with their contest. order id[protected]
    they show status pending.
    I am interest in product and please help for returing my money.

        Hii my name is sagar suman, about 3 week ago i resive a call from asianbigbazar company there representative told me that, congratulations sir you are selected is well for dell contest and ur are in 3rd place, in 3rd place you are able to won a bajaj pulsar 200 rs, after that the told me you have to confirm your prize by purchasing from our site, i belief them and i confirm my prize by purchasing a combo of 1100 and after 4 day they call me back and told me again "hello mister sagar you'r process are conformed, but unfortunately sagar your wining points are low to win, but don't worry i guide you, you have to purchase a product form our site to increase your points, am saying her how much i purchase to increase my point they told me that you are 10 point less so you have to purchase a product of 10500, i shocked i thold them its a huge amount, then she reply yes sir i know it's huge but the prize is also huge, lots of discussion is trust them again, this time i make a huge mistake, agan after 6 days they call me back sir your prize is ready, you have to pay only 20000 more to resive ur prize, i surprised i told them this is not possible they told me then your prize is in pending, after argument i told them please refund my all money they are refused, ma ye batana bhul he gaya ke mane koy v products ni mila jiske leye mane pay keya tha, after that i call in customer care they also refused to refund my money, after that i decided i clam a case in asianbigbazar, i need my money at any cost, chahe mujhe case he kyu ni larna per jaye, aur ma ye batana bhul gaya tha ke mane asianbigbazar ka sara call recorder kr leya tha take yo aage refused na kare aur aasa he hua, ab mere pass prove v hai ke ye fraud company hai, ab to sirf case he larna hai

          3 month ho gaye abhi mera order nai mila. Jab bhi call karo koi na koi bahana banate rahte hai. Guma fira k baat karte hai. Aur call disconnect kar dete hai. Chor hai ye company. Is pe action lena chahiye.

          Koi bhi kaam thik se nahi kar rahe. Logo ullu bana rahe hai.

                A call came to me from this site and they told me to stand a chance to participate in a contest and win atleast a consolation prize if i make some purchase from their site. I did made the purchase of Rs. 1200 and now they are telling me that if I want to win the 3rd prize (Apache Bike), I again have to make a purchase of Rs. 10500 atleast. I declined this time and asked for cancelling the order and refund. The order has not yet been dispatched from their side and its been only 2 days. The cancellation should not have been a problem. But they are declining it now citing terms & conditions. But at the time of my order, they didn't tell me anything like this.
                I feel like like being cheated and harassed by these people.

                        21/04/2016 तारीख को मेरे पास एक फोने आया उन्होंने कहा हम asian big बाज़ार (www.asianbigbazar.com) से बोल रहे है और आपका नाम lucky draw में शामिल हुआ है, बस आपको हमारी web साईट पर जाकर 1100 रूपए मात्र की शौपिंग करनी होगी और आपको कमसे कम 5000 रूपए और ज्यादा से ज्यादा १ कार इनाम में मिलेगी उनके बहुत देर तक conveyance करने के बाद में शौपिंग करने को तैयार हो गया और उनके बताये अनुसार मेने 1100 रूपए की ऑनलाइन शौपिंग कर ली और अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड से पेमेंट की जिसमे २ pair shoe और १ pair shocks शामिल थी. आगे अगले दिन मुझे फोने आया की आपकी बजाज pulsar मोटर bike इनाम में निकली है और जिसे पाने के लिए आपके 10 पॉइंट्स कम हैं, और आपको यह पाने के लिए 10500/- रूपए की और शौपिंग करनी होगी. यह सुनकर मुझे ब्बदा गुस्सा और निरासा हुई मेने कहा आपने कहा था की कम से कम 5000 रूपए का नगद इनाम निकलेगा मुझे वही दे दो मुझे bike नहीं चाहिए तो उन्होंने कहा नहीं आपका नाम bike के लिए ही select हुआ है तो आपको यही लेना होगा और वह भी 10500/- रूपए की खरीदारी करने के बाद तो मेने कहा मुझे तुम्हारे इनाम में कोई रूचि नहीं है मेरे पैसे 1100/- रूपए जो मेने खर्च किये है मुझे वापस कर तो, तो उन्होंने कहा हम अपने सीनियर से बात कर आपको बताएँगे . फिर मेरे पास १ मेल आया आर्डर confermation के बारे में मेने रिप्लाई किया की मेरा आर्डर cancel कर दीजिये मुझे यह नहीं चाहिए, मेरे कई बार conversation के बाद भी उन्होंने मुझे मेरे पोस्टल एड्रेस पर सामान भेज दिया जब मेने खोल कर देखा तो पाया की वह बहुत घटिया quality का सामान था जिसकी बाजार में कीमत 300/- रूपए से भी कम थी, मेने फिर शिकायत की पर उन्होंने कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया . अब आपसे निवेदन है की ऐसा धोखा करने वाली और झासा देने वाली company पर क़ानूनी कार्यवाही होइन चाहिए और मुझे उचित मुहव्जा मिलना चाहिए
                        मेने गूगल पर उस site के बारे में पढ़ा वह पहले भी कई लोगों के साथ धोखा कर चुकी है

                        23 मई को Asian बाज़ार की तरफ से कॉल आया उन्होंने मुझसे जानकारी ली की आपने consumer complaints पर अपनी शिकायत की है तो मने कहा हाँ आपने मेरे साथ धोखा किया है और साडी बातें फिर विस्तार में बताई उन्होंने कहा की हम अपने senior से बात कर के आपकी प्रॉब्लम जल्द ही solve करेंगे पर तब से अभी तक उनका कोई फोने नहीं आया है और जिस नंबर से उन्होंने फोने किया था वह भी नहीं मिल रहा
                        श्रीमानजी उस दिन सी आज तक मेरे फोने पर कम से कम ५ लोगों के फोने आये हैं यह complaint broadcast होने के बाद वह भी Asian बाज़ार के सताए हुए है, मैं आपके माध्यम से उनके खिलाफ कोई ठोस क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करना चाहता हूँ कृपया मेरी मदत करे

                          Chor hai asian big Bazar wale. Do mahine se ullu bana rahe hai. Mera order abhi tk nahi Mila. Phon karo to roj Naya bahana banate hai. Aese to bahut logo ko is company ne ullu banaya hai.
                          Consumer complaints bhi bahut ki lekin uska bhi koi fayda nai hua. Sab k sab mile huye hai is desh me kisika kuchh nahi hoga. Sirf ye log Milke logo ko gumrah kar rahe hai.
                          2 mahine pehle ek complaint kiya tha. Reply 24 hour me aa jayega. Reply aaya lekin kaam nai hua.

                            Fraud people. Called to say that I m selected as a contest winner and will surely get a minimum award of Rs 30000 if I complete the registration process. But after I completed the registration and made payment of Rs. 1100 they stopped receiving my calls. I searched about the company on Google and got to know that many other people have been a target of thus fraud company.

                              Yes it is fraud.

                              I was cheated by an online shopping company asian big bazaar(Abb), part of v r brothers e-commerce private limited. I lost rs. 45000/- till now on the name of 3c contest.

                              I got call from abb on first week of december 2014. The lady, ms. Vaishali on phone said that you are regularly doing online shopping and due to this you became eligible for 3 c contest of abb, in which you can win maruti suzuki celerio car ( 1stprize), honda activa (2nd prize) or apple i phone ( 3rd prize). Only you need to pay rs. 2499/- and you will also get lotto track suit or lotto kit along with the confirmation of nomination for 3c contest. I paid the amount and got the track suit after 10 days.

                              Then they said your nomination for thecar has been confirmed and you would receive car in last week of january 2015 in front of media, only you need to pay rs. 42750/-, a final payment as a 50 % of tax. First i refused to pay further any amount but repetitively they called me on phone

                              After so much of argument, finally i agreed upon their guarantee that i will get car surely and i paid rs.[protected] + 37750). After few day of payment they again called me and said you will get addition gift (Which were proved useless later on, but sound awesome in 1st case), one blackberry mobile of cost rs 30, 000 and diamonds of rs 50, 000. After listened to this i was happy and waiting for the addition gift. Then in another call they said now you have to pay 25000 as an uid generation and delivery charges and this is final payment, now i refused to pay.I said i will not going to pay anything ( as till then i left with no money as i am student and have no earning source ). Meanwhile i got the said gifts. The blackberry mobile mrp was written as rs 18, 000 and on net search it is available at rs 4, 000. Diamond’ actual price is rs 2000 whose price label was rs 50, 000. From sarafa market i came to know about the actual price of diamonds. In addition of this i also got a room heater from company.

                              They were repeatedly asking for money but i told them your addition gift is fraud and not usefull for me and refund my money. I called them many time but they are either not picking up my phone or giving some excuses like 31st march 2015 the result of 3c contest will declare but regarding this i am not getting any mail.

                              I got only one mail that you will get no refund as per policy.There are so many people like me who trapped by asian big bazaar’s 3c contest and lost their money.

                                Unhone mujhe call kiya aur bola ki aap ek lucku customer ho. Ike liye apko hamari taraf se ek sure confirm prize diya jayega. Lekin uske liye apka id generate karna padega isliye apko ek shopping karni padegi 1099 rupiye ki. Aur baad me phon aya ki apko pulsar rs 200 ke liye nominate kiya gaya hai. Aaur iske liye apko 10500 ki shopping karni hogi. Maine unse bola ki iske uper koi charge nai lagega na. To unhone bola ki a last shoping hai iske uper apko ek bhi rupiya nai dena hai.Sirf ek aur shopping karni 10500 ki.
                                To wo bhi maine kiya. Lekin ab tk ek hi order mila usme bhi ek shoes kam hai. Aur call kiya to bolte hai apko 20000 rupiye ki aur ek shopping karni padegi. Pehle na bola ab bol rahe hai k nai karoge to apko prize nai milega.
