Actually i received the product where it included 30 cents+ Karbonn A26 Mobile + Lotto Shoes + Lotto Sunglass. Also as per information provided i have not yet received details of Cash prize which they told i have already won, where shall i receive this cash prize and intimated date was of receiving was 30.10.2014. Now customer care is replying like this that The contest date is not finalized yet. Once the contest date is finalized all the participant will be informed through the emails on their registered email ID. We request your co-operation and support for the contest.
Also as per mentioned about 30 cents diamond worth 30, 000 but when i checked for resale value, they are not taking for resale also. Now tell how can i trust this Asian big bazaar any more. Please do a favor by taking all your things back and settle my refund and make me get trust on you or else i send the 30 cents diamond, resale it in your state and compensate my amount back. Atleast do this things, Totally its GIVE & TAKE policy, there is nothing i got freely, each item was paid and taken and that too heavily paid 20, 000. Main reason i registered is for Cash prize 1, 75, 000 which was given assurance to be received but now contest is held on January 1, 2015 it seems, but i don't have any hope i get prize.
Till date i have not received any cash prize nor any details of it, it was just fraud call and registered because of just cash prize 1, 75, 000 only but till date no news.
While sending confirmation mail of my order they mention that customer is not eligible to claim any gift which is contradictory to the telephonic conversation.
Due to which I requested for cancellation of my order and company rejected the same with reason that order is booked under contest and as per t&c of booking I am not eligible for refund.
this shows the company is adhering to wrong practises of fooling customer with which company can be servived /benefited in short term.
I have not confirmed my order till date and don't want to be associated with such company in future.
With this back ground I request you to take up matter with asianbigbazaar for my refund.
further you please create awareness in public regarding the incidence to avoid loss of genuine customers money.
