Dear Hospital,

My self Vineet Arora, currently your patient at Asian Hospital, Faridabad.
Got admitted yesterday for the treatment of breathing and coughing. You doctors treated me very well and i got the best handling here.

Slept at 2 PM because of cough, and got disturbed at 4 AM by one of you staff for changing the cloths and bed sheet, is this the time we do this job with patients??

I asked him not to disturb as i am not well and becaise of that i am here, so need rest. I requested him and he went out, again after 10 mins some other person came in and asked for the same, again i requested this new guy and asked him not to disturb.
Unfortunately, again after 15 mins some other person came in for the same job, my frustration level went high and i asked him to call your senior and let me talk to him, it was around 5.15 am
My bad luck, again after 10 mins staff person came to collect the sample, i again requested him that please let me sleep as i am not in good health and need some rest as my headache started till that time.

After giving sample, i tried to sleep again and before 6am again another lady Ms. Nisha came in and asked in a loud voice that why you have not changed yoir cloths till now, it was a limit for me. I asked him hardly that i need to speak to your manager who so ever is on duty.
Around 6.30 am, one lady Ms. Preeti came in and asked me to go down to meet MOD Mr. Virender, i stood up immediately to change my cloths to go to him, but she said that she will call him as you can not go down as not on good possition.

After 15 mins Mr. Virender came in and asked for the issue, i explained everything to him and asked him about the protocol of changing cloths and all, he stated that "4 am to 5 am is the time for changing cloths etc."
I requested the same in writting which he denied, i said i am suffering from something since morning, instead of saying sorry and to guide your staff, you telling me the protocol?????
I am amazed to hear the words from him " yaha rehna hai to raho, yaha ka ye hi rule hai, agar jana hai to ye aapki marzi hai, aap ja sakte ho"...

Is this the way you treat your patient?????
Instead of saying sorry and to ensure for improvement or action, he would have said that he will take care and resolve the issue, but he shouted on me and asked me to go out.

Now my patience was over and i stoodup to go out, somehow i am waiting for my clearance to get over and your security allow me to go out as doctors permission is required for the same but i currently i am just willing to go out as i dont want to stay in a hospital where this is how you treat your patients.

Infact you can confirm the same what happened from my neighbor beaded patient in the same room, he was also saying the same that this is limit the way hospital staff is treating and the way Mr. Virender MOD replied and shouted on me.

Thankyou so much for your best hospitality and i really appreciate Mr. Virender who is a major reason for making a dent to this hospital may be very small amount but yes i supposed to stay for 2 to 3 days as per doctor. But now i am very sorry and requesting you to make my clearance asap and get the approval cleared from Max Bupa as pre approval is already there.

I suggest, you please do not keep a person like Mr. Virender in your staff as he is verymuch dangerous for the hospital goodwill.

Regards
Vineet Arora

Dear Hospit
my question is only one, "with out checkup and without blood test how a doctor diagnosis and prescribed medicine with in two minute. It happens two time in 6 months." If your Hospital management wants to know that super duper doctor name call me. Because I am not so stupid to write her name and that collect popularity in street lavel. Like Her/He is not liable to call doctor they need also cure.
