[Resolved]  Asian Paints — About the genuinity of Asian Paints at a particular shop.

Hi I am the proprietor of Ihali Constructions based in Thrippunuthura, Kerala. I usually paint my house with Asian and at times with other brands like Jotun, Berger and Dulux based on customer preferences. I recently bought (in fact tried to buy) paint for my site in Kappil from a shop named KINGS HARDWARES located in vettoor Varkala.
My requirements were given one day in advance but to my surprise he gave rates that I have never got in my entire 19 years professional life.
Asian Primer - 2400
Apex white - 4200
Premium - 4300
Easy clean - 5300.

I used to take paints from shops like Fashion Paints Ernakulam and I have not received the rates even at those shops (after the rate hike). I was doubtful about the genuinity of the items he sold so told him to wait until I come and see the items. I told him i need to see the entire mixing process and also I'll check with Asian people to make sure the items are original.
He started shouting on me for no specific reason and later rejected to give me order. While checking online I found a lot of complaints about this shop so thought of giving a complaint here so that in future somebody will see and stay away from such scraps.
