[Resolved]  Asian Paints — APex ultima suPrema Poor quality Paint & work done

I am an esteem customer of asian paints and in the year 2019 i got my building exterior painted with asian paints Apex Ultima SuPrema with Ext Primer for 16500 sq.ft area, & the warranty number is 10000948 that holds warranty for 10 years, which includes both material and labour cost. After a few months the colour on the walls is peeling off for which i made a complaint with the supervisor & the manager who never bothered to attend my calls or even call back.

During the course of the Painting work going on, i was not satisfied with the quality & had lodged a comPlaint with the regional manager who Promised to look into it and visited a couPle of times and assured Post completion there would be no comPlaints .But after 2 months only the building looks like Patch work done.
The peeling off has happened in the entire exterior and this is unacceptable. The patches would look so ugly and what is the point of spending such huge amounts on such a brand . I thereby request you to look into the matter and provide for a solution at the earliest .Asian Paints only after one rainy season my house exterior looks like a very old house with green fungus coloured exterior.The dealer is More Trading ComPany.
