[Resolved]  Asian Paints — Asian paints : fungal infection in the apex ultima coated wall within two year

Hi,

I had bought apex ultima grey and apex rose for painting my house wall two years ago. We had bought this product after your assurance in the advertisement that there would be no fungal infection or any other defects in the painted wall for at least seven years as you are offering warrant for that specific time period. My wall is now in a bad state with prominent fungal infection and on some parts pieces were falling off (Please find the attachment photos to see the state of my wall). This is a sheer infringement of the promise you had mentioned while buying the paint. We all had a trust in the asian paints brand and was always our first choice option but this incident has left me dissapointed. We hope you would send somebody to talk to me soon regarding this matter.
