Dear sir, I have purchased ap royal emulsion rb3 7977 2l & ap royal play 7622 1l from your authorise deal on 07.02.2019. This colour shade i have selected from your royale play ragging for my new home. But after painting the colour is entirely different from your chart. What is the reason for this? I have purchased a Royal Emulsion RB3 2L 7977 & AP Royal Play 1L 7622 for my new home.This I have selected from your shade tools- Royale Play Range Book.But after painting the colour shade is very different.What I can do?

I have chosen ragging BC- scarlet 8085 and TC- Gold M003. The color didn't match the catalogue design color. When I enquired the painter about gold shade M003, The painter says metallic gold mentioned in the catalogue is not available only shade royal play gold comes in this. Is this true.
