[Resolved] Asian Paints — Complaint about discolour/ quality of service / disrupted painting | |||||
Dear sir, This is to bring your kind notice that we have done work by asian paints at our residence in the month of september 2016, after two months most of the walls started getting discoloured and disrupted on its own. Inspite of making repetetive complaints to mr. Animesh of asian paints there was no response from the company's end to make the problem fine Mr. Animesh always promised to get the work done within 1 week but it was never done. Now when we call the asian paints regarding our complaint they tell us that mr. Animesh has been promoted to another post and so some other person will be appointed for the job but till date no other person was appointed for the same and we are tired of making complaints in the asian paints for the same. Pfa papers that we have got from asian paints during the work. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us with a solution. Thanking you.
