Dear Sir/ Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address the concern regarding delay in project completion.

Customer Name: Sandip Pal
Project execution start date was 27.05.2024 and scheduled handover was on 25.08.2024 plus 15 days commercial closure as per mail dated 21.05.2024 (superseding system generated wrong mail, which was brought to the notice by me).
This is to note that 100% payment was done on 17.07.2024.
I have received an email dated 15.09.2024 that percentage completion is 95%. It's 24.09.2024 - almost reaching 120 days since start, till date the Project has not been completed and handed over for habitation, which constitutes a breach of our agreement.
Yesterday I visited the site and found work still pending.
I had to postpone all my planning for shifting of furniture, installation of accessories due to this mismanagement from your side.
It is a total mess of time planning, no base of commitment, no proper communication with the teams working, frequent absenteeism of the working team without prior information in regular course,
Each time the handover date is getting revised and delayed from your side, from 25th August to 09th September, 19th September, 22nd September and 23rd September, still pending.
Now I am not finding any difference between local Interior Parties and Interior Giant like Asian Paints Beautiful Homes.
Following are the concerned people involved in the project.
SD/ED: Arkopriya Nandi (p[protected]
CSO-ACQ: Anuvab Sinha (p[protected]
CSO-EXE: Abhishek Kumar Ray (p[protected]
During the process of my journey in the project, there was no single nodal person available who was monitoring the progress centrally.
Now in this juncture please help me out to get my dream home in my hand.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks & Regards:

1. Master Bedroom: Floor stains not removed – Floor stain which is observed is not due to paint or related to any scope of our work. - You were supposed to do the work by covering the floor with Floor Guard Sheet (included in the cost sheet), which has not been done (photo not available with me, can't show you evidence right now). Floor stain was not present at the time of hand over to you; (hence your clarification has no base) – Sir we have earlier mentioned after our team visit it is observed that floor stain is not due to paint or related to any scope of our work. Though we tried cleaning it, it is not getting removed.

5. Hall:
· MCB Box area not as per approved design/ drawing – Sir the texture which was selected is done as per selection only. – There is a hell and heaven difference between design and actual, the matter was discussed many times with you and your team. May please rectify and cover the MCB as per design (photo attached) - Sir the texture which was selected is done as per selection only
This issue is not about the texture; it's regarding the design itself, which does not match the final approved version. Specifically, the MCB is not covered as it was clearly shown in the original design. Please refer to the final design for clarification. I hope this clears up the confusion.
· Partition fixing not as per design – Sir partition is done as per design only, there were some paint finish issues which were already addressed earlier.

· TV Unit switchboard openings (2) not closed with blanks – Sir those two points are kept for HDMI cable that will travel from TV unit to set-top box, we cannot close the HDMI cable provision. – These points are kept open which is against the aesthetic look, blanks to be provided to hide that, was with your scope – Sir those two points are kept for HDMI cable that will travel from TV unit to set-top box, we cannot close the HDMI cable provision, if needs to be closed with blank plate extra charges will be added, which will be done from our vendor side, you can connect with Debjit for further assistance.
Debjit has been uncooperative throughout. If these matters had been handled through your representative from the beginning, I would not have had to follow up repeatedly via email.

For your kind information, the installation of the granite was within your scope of work, while the granite material itself was provided by me. It has also been observed that no floor covering was used during the execution of your work. For your reference and documentation, please find the attached evidence highlighting this issue. Furthermore, at the time of handing over the site to you for interior project execution, there were no tile defects or stain marks present. If any such issues had existed, they should have been clearly documented and communicated at that stage. Therefore, it is expected that the site, including all flooring and granite surfaces, should be returned in the same condition in which it was originally handed over.
Regards,
Sandip Pal
