Asian berger interior paints I was used last month for my house. Its getting scratches or marks easily when we touching in the wall....

A contract was set up with SUBHASH PAINT AGENCY PRIVATE LIMITED, KANPUR, U.P. (referred to as paint agency or agency in further statements) through their Asian Paint associate Karan Vidhyarthi in Jan 2023 to putty and paint my house at a cost of INR 2, 70, 000. Contract attached.

The paint agency then handed this contract over to one of their painters (Rajveer) who wasn't skilled and didn't know the basics of the job. He worked...

I have just one regret from 2023 – choosing Asian Paints for waterproofing services. It created a complete mess in my home, draining me both mentally and financially.

Let me quickly explain the modus operandi of Asian Paints regarding their waterproofing service. It is a real scam. If you show interest in their waterproofing service, one of their representatives will visit the location for a recce. During the recce, they will give a positive go-ahead so that you, as a customer, don't seek a second opinion. Once you agree to the shared quote, their dealer will start the work, and here comes the real picture - The dealer will break the surface in such a way that civil work will be required, even though it was unnecessary; this is how they make money.

We chose Asian Paints because both my husband and I are working, and we had no time to minutely manage the local vendor. We thought hiring a professional would ease our work, but this proved to be entirely wrong.

My biggest nightmare was when they removed the terrace surface and asked us to get it fixed since it fell under civil work, not their responsibility. In the middle of this mess, we had no other option but to ask the same vendor for a quote to get the civil work done. Please note this is all part of their strategy to make money; the customer is trapped with no other options!

They did shoddy work, which I highlighted multiple times over email. After following up multiple times, Asian Paints refunded the advance amount paid to them, but the amount paid to the vendor was not refunded. The issue is the entire incident not only damaged my terrace but also caused severe floor damage due to water leakage. I want to remind the team that we opted for waterproofing service but ended up damaging our entire home.

We had the unfortunate experience o[censored]sing the Royale Luxury Emulsion. The finished product has thousands of tiny holes and feels like sand-paper. This is unbelievably poor quality. How BAD must a product be that it becomes so very difficult to apply?? It has been a terrible experience, unnecessarily prolonged the project from the assured three to all of ten days, and a colossal waste of our time and money and destroyed ourf amily's holiday...

The price is unreasonable, and the quotation does not provide details on labour and material costs—there is no way to find the price difference between the products. Feel like Asian paints encourage bad service practise as a service.

Invalid account problem

I have handed over my project to Asian Paints Beautiful Home Services in Feb 2023 and the project is still not completed even after constant follow ups and requesting almost to everyone in the hierarchy in Asian Paints.

First of all the Management is very irresponsible and does not even pick calls when I try to reach them about the delays.

The quality of work as compared to the standards are not at all matching....

Lack of labour and material supply by Asian paint contractor. Since Thursday 1 painter is working and supply of colour not timely. Sent wrong colour box for painting. In 4 days 1 room got ready out of 750 sq feet house.

I took Asian Paint Service to paint my home. They completed the service but now within a month, I started seeing the cracks in the wall. I have been sending them emails, and calls and trying to reach out they are not responding and have not even bothered to address the issue.

There was also another issue they printed the wrong address in the Invoice and told me if we couldn't give you a corrected invoice.

I was asking them to just provide me a better solution and do touch-ups but they are refusing to even visit and check it out. I have shared pictures, videos and it has been almost a month now.
