[Resolved]  Asian Paints — deficient paint quality services (aphs) delivered

We got aphs done in our house in faridabad in february 2016. All exterior work, interior work for done including wood frames and two stucco walls. The paint quality delivered was appalling and was raised with the onsite visit supervisor and team members (Dilip and sunil chand) in october 2016. After multiple onsite reviews by technical teams and phone calls, no action was taken by them.
Mr dilip stopped responding to messages and calls and one fine day in april 2017, i was told that he left the company and mr sunil moved to a different division. So i now had a new contact team who again visited the site two more times, without any action done.
At this present moment, my exterior wall paint is shredding and falling, interior walls (No putty done) paint is crumbling, all wooden paint has faded and chipped.
The best part - the additional 30, 000 paid to get stucco done on two walls has faded out with one of the walls showing up red spots on the a green paint (Which originally was told by the paint technician that it will disappear)
The contractor who did the work on behalf of asian paints has been removed from their list of approved vendors, but he is unofficially still doing work with asian paints people. What is the next step of action for me here?

I have a new contact of mr ansari (Field support) and mr paramjeet, who also have stopped picking up calls.
