We believed seeing Asian Paints Ad that we can sit in chair, They will recommend what paint is suitable, color recommendations, they will nearly cover all things and paint, professionals will paint, hence even if the cost is higher than from a local painter we opted it... None of them are true. All that is left now with us is disappointment and lost trust in Asian paints.
We were given a quote for Premium Satin. We accepted and the work started. When we were about to ask about paint, supervisor said it is Premium Emulsion quote and they have given incorrectly. They even refused to continue the work with satin
But the worst part is the list of lies the supervisor continued to say. Initially he said satin is not good for your wall it is oil based, when we asked it is given water based then he said it is a new product and we don't know the outcome. We thought all he said was true. Then again when we verified in net it was 2018 Or before product, he said now the box is new. Finally whatever be it you start doing and in the mean time customer care assigned a TL who is veryyy young and he said the paint is not available. Then he said the colors we choose are not available. The house was complete mess by that time and I have a kid and a old person who cannot walk easily so I'm left with no choice but to accept it.
They don't wrap any properly. In fact they asked if we have any bedsheets to cover. We don't know what to answer. Even to cover their heads they asked us and we gave our saree. After a fight for that, they brought few and covered. U shud see the cover they used, I assume they bought it from a roadside poor tea shop owner, so much dust and holes in it. But later they brought pretty decent cover. Still they did not cover switches as they showed in ads, and at the end they scrapped all switch boards with a sharp object and made it a rough surface. Though they did not cover we asked atleast to remove things properly and paint, but they did not. Our shoes, bathroom stuff full of paint and I have to throw. In fact we gave them vessel and mugs for paint mixing. Even to clean we had to fight with them.
Ads say they use mechanised tools except paint brush and a roller I didn't see anything else. Infact I have to provide them my mug and vessel
We feel that we are made to face loss, what they promised in ad and reality is of no match there by broken out trust. On top of all I had to fight every day.
Customer care is also useless, every time I have to explain my problem from scratch. Even now I am getting mail to accept quote whereby the painting itself is over. Literally Asian paints took money, peace of mind and trust on them out o[censored]s.
One request to Asian paints... Stop that irrelevant false advertisement on safe painting
