Asian Paints — Masterstroke kyc pending

I'm a painting contractor.I using Asian paints since 5years recently I applied for the Asian masterstroke registration.I got the BP number ([protected]).But, the Kyc is pending from last 2 months I call to your customer care but nothing happened.I'm using more than 2 lakhs of Asian materials in a month.If you not done kyc I will move to some other companies like JSW paints, berger paints.The price is also less in those companies compared to Asian paints
