Asian Paints — On product there is warranty but in reality there is no warranty for paint

Myself Eswara Varaprasad ValaVala, Mori Village, Sakhineti Palli Mandal, BR Amedekar Konaseema District . I have purchased 1 lakh worth of Asian paints Apex Dust Proof 5 Years Performance warranty from RK Color Hub, Malkipuram . Unfortunately paints are faded out within a week then i dropped an email to grievances department someone came and telling on sea side buildings we dont give warranty thats fine then i asked the terms and conditions of warranty he said i dont have. Before selling the product that too when they are offering performance warranty they should explain the terms and conditions which is not happening. when someone approaching for warranty they are escaping with silly reasons.
