Asian Paints — Painting contractor not completed the work even after 6 months and not responding

Sir, I am Ramesh babu from Chennai. Asian paints Contractor Mr, Manjunathan ([protected], [protected]) took painting work of my home
om Aug 2021 and promised to complete within three weeks of time. Till now he has not cven completed 50% of work but received 80% amount.
Now he is not coming to work and not responding to calls. The painting work is pending both interior and exterior and looking ugly. Complained to
Asian paints Mr.Balaji ([protected]) and Mr.Sai ([protected]) but nothing fruitful.Didnt expect such a bad service from Asian Paints. Even if I had
gone with a local painter he would have done well. It is heartening to see that company has no control over the contractors, and they dont even
review their work quality and progress.
I am a equity shareholder of Asian paints and sad to see such contractors damaging the brand name due to their bad services.I hereby
request to look into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
