[Resolved]  Asian Paints — poor workmanship of waterproofing and going back on warranty

Asian paints after through inspection and promise provided water proofing solution with 5 years warranty. But the problem of seepage has started again and despite the work being covered under warranty for which i have the warranty card, asian paints is now denying any rectification citing that the issue cannot be serviced and warranty cannot be honored.
This is plain cheating and fraud to fool the customers to get the money out with tall promises but not sticking to their contact. Have been chasing for over a month with complaint number[protected] but they just dont want to take any moral or professional responsibility.
