[Resolved] Asian Paints — refund against cancellation of the work order | |||
I had made payment for the work order on 31st october as per the instructions of the employee of asian paints home solution provider. Later i decided to cancel the order as i found that these guys are very unprofessional in their approach. However, till today i have not received any communication regarding the status of my refund. Neither do they confirm the cancellation of my work order nor do they refund my amount. I had placed my complain on their help line number (Complaint number[protected] which assured me that i would receive a call back with the status of the complaint. But again neither does any one call nor is anyone bothered. I thought asian paints is a professionally managed company but my experience teaches that they are behaving just like a local contractor. I called their head office to escalate the matter, but the operator would not transfer the calls to anyone. I was told to contact mr banerjee but neither does he lift his phone nor does he reply back my sms. I would like to inform asian paints that though insignificant, they have lost one customer for life. Was this information helpful? | |||
