Asian Paints — Urgent complaint regarding asian paints ultima product performance

Within just one year of applying Asian Paints Ultima to my exterior walls, I noticed that the paint began to peel and deteriorate. This deterioration has led to a significant decrease in the aesthetic appearance of my home, not to mention the concern for long-term damage to the walls themselves.

I have made several attempts to address this issue by filing complaints with your customer service team. A representative from Asian Paints did visit my house and assessed the situation. However, I was deeply disappointed to hear that the problem was attributed to the walls themselves and not the product. This explanation is not satisfactory, as Ultima is marketed as a high-quality exterior paint suitable for various surfaces.
