I'm a painting contractor.I using Asian paints since 5years recently I applied for the Asian masterstroke registration.I got the BP number ([protected]).But, the Kyc is pending from last 2 months I call to your customer care but nothing happened.I'm using more than 2 lakhs of Asian materials in a month.If you not done kyc I will move to some other companies like JSW paints, berger paints.The price is also less in those companies compared to...

We believed seeing Asian Paints Ad that we can sit in chair, They will recommend what paint is suitable, color recommendations, they will nearly cover all things and paint, professionals will paint, hence even if the cost is higher than from a local painter we opted it... om Aug 2021 and promised to complete within three weeks of time. Till now he has not cven completed 50% of work but received 80% amount.

Within the 1 month I am getting bubbles in paint. I recommend the users not to use Appcolite Advanced Emulsion shine.
I think the problem is in this category. I don't know about the other category of the paint but using the Appcolite Advanced Emulsion shine is risky....

I am an esteem customer of asian paints and in the year 2019 i got my building exterior painted with asian paints Apex Ultima SuPrema with Ext Primer for 16500 sq.ft area, & the warranty number is 10000948 that holds warranty for 10 years, which includes both material and labour cost. I ordered/purchased 20l asian paints apex weatherproof exterior emulsion (8569 hazelnut) and 1ltr border (7109) matching with 8569. I purchased it from ratnakara das hardware & paint's store, address: sitaram chhak, jatni, bhubaneswar, odisha 752050, phone:[protected], [protected]

However during purchase i told then to see the color and they mentioned asian paint color does not have any issue. We can not show you. Directly...

Asian paints after through inspection and promise provided water proofing solution with 5 years warranty. But the problem of seepage has started again and despite the work being covered under warranty for which i have the warranty card, asian paints is now denying any rectification citing that the issue cannot be serviced and warranty cannot be honored.
