Hi.

I bought Royal shyne 20KG paint, and company promise 230-270 sq for 1 Coat Paint however paint only covered 80 sq for 1 coat. We tried escalating it to team and multiple member visited our place but nobody took the action..here is complaint no. [protected]

Please help.

I got my exterior paint done in July 2021 and within a year paints started coming out. Complained to customer care but there are few phone calls and no satisfactory solution to the problem. Nobody has visited the site. Highly deplorable.

I had enquired about my house painting and waterproof work in their portal, the Asian paint folks called me and assigned the job to someone by name Vinith (Sales Executive) who called me and came to see the work along with a vendor by name Sharif on 25th of August. I showed them all the internal painting work that needs to be done including the 3 external walls where the crack filling and waterproofing needs to be done. They completely understood the work and also told me how would they be carrying out the work. I was satisfied with the discussion hence I asked them to submit the quotation which I received on 26th August.

The 26th August and 27th August I called up a few other vendors such as no brokers, urban clap and Berger. I also received quotations from all of them. While Asian Paint quotation was high but me and my wife decided to give it to them as they are the best, hence we decided to go with Asian Paint. On 2nd September I requested Vinith to come once for a final discussion on sunday but he said that 3rd being sunday he will be on leave but he will send the vendor for discussion at 10 AM. On Sunday 10AM Vinith sends me a message stating that the vendor can;t come but asked me to not worry as the vendor and he himself will come on Monday 4th September to have final discussion and start the work. Please note that, due to the assurances coming from Asian Paints side, I rejected all the other proposals as they were chasing me to get the order.
On Monday morning at 10 AM I called up many times to Vineet but he didn;t pick the phone so I called up the vendor who in turn started giving multiple excuses to not work on this project. Finally Vineet sends me a message in WhatsApp asking me to pay more 15K to the vendor on top of the quotation amount.

Pls note that, I have already declined the other vendors and I don;t have anyone now to do this work. Moreover this was a time bound work which was supposed to be finished by 15 September as my tenants are moving in from 16 September. I am at a great loss as I have already lost 5 days. It seems there is a big nexus between the Asian paint sales guy and the vendor to jack up price at last minute beyond the quoted value which will directly go to their pocket.

I would like you guys to take action on this immediately and start the work otherwise i would like to file a case against Asian Paint along with the quotation that you had given me.

I choose Asian Paint Royal Shine emulsion for my interior wall painting. Then mistri apply it on my wall according it's right process. After Applying the fast cote of colour I notice that when I rub my hand on the wall, the paint actually comes off my hand. Then I waited for 14 days. But Still notice that the same thing happening(Even those walls that got 2 coats of paint) .This problem appears in five colors (24 liters). I rub the paper...

I am writing to express our deep concern and disappointment with the ongoing project in Trichy, Tamilnadu. Despite a significant investment of 15 lacks, We are facing critical challenges.

The project site has only two laborers daily, impacting progress. Additionally the quality of work is subpar, evident in improper paint application due to lack o[censored]nderstanding.

We had expected better support from your team but have received none so far. This situation reflects poorly on your company's professionalism.

We demand swift resolution and action to salvage the project. Your prompt response outlining your plan is expected.

We have painted our Home from Bharat Salunkhe, Shiv Mishra and Mangesh.

Work completion is done on 12th June 2023 with complete payment.

If you check the attachments you can see the wall is showing bubbles and cracks. To hide wall cracks and bubbles we have thought of painting a wall.

Our first preference for painting was Asian Paints where Shiv Mishra promised us that after painting the wall will look like a plain wall and warranty of the same will be of 5years.

But within a month walls all again looked like scratched, bubbles and cracks and now they are saying this cannot be cleared it will remain the same.

Now we are trying to reach out to Shiv Mishra who called us frequently for painting but is not answering our single call.

How cheap service is provided. If we knew that this cheap service is provided by you and your service providers we could have saved our 80, 000/- Rs

I took the painting service directly from Asian paint team and they assigned a dealer for this. They did a pre-inspection and noted some leakage and charge us extra to fix that. After completion of painting service the paint starts coming out within few weeks. Upon inspection they concluded that the leakage was not fixed properly.

Now the Asian paint team is saying they are not responsible as leakage work was dealer responsibility. I took the painting service from the Asian paint team and not the individual team and if you guys cant take responsibility for your work its better to not pay premium and hire some local carpenter who provides better service than Asian paint.

When we reached out to the Asian Paints team regarding this matter, they initially assured us that there is a warranty for their water-proofing work. We utilized your painting services through your representative Afaque during August/September of 2022. However, we have encountered an issue with the painting where the color is popping out and turning yellow. This issue was brought to your attention after 4 months of the completion of the work, and since then, we have had 2 technician visits with no resolution. Additionally, there has been a change in a representative from Afaque to Aditya, who has also failed to provide a fix. The service we have received from such a reputed name like Asian Paints has been extremely disappointing. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and finalize the touch-up job as soon as possible.

Hi, we have purchased assain paints from Haseena Enterprises, Old bustand, Dhone - 518222, kurnool (dist), Andhra Pradesh. Delaer was did completely wrong prices on paints. How could i proceed with this issue

I painted my interior with Asian Paints home decor. They assigned Rangmahal to my painting job. Within 2 weeks I found yellow colour (bright fire and gulbahar of Asian Paints royale) started bleeding. The entire walls became so wet and sticky that it caught the impression of my fingers when touched. Now the colours are leaking & in various places the paint coated layers fell from the walls.
Rangmahal supervisor blamed the incident as product quality problem and asked me to contact the company I.e Asian Paints. After lodging a complain here they only gave me a complain number[protected]. Whenever, I call they tell that they have passed the complain to relevant team and relevant team will contact me. But one month has passed since my first complain and no body contacted me from their side. Now I want to fight against their inaction legally.

Sir, 2 month se kyc ke liye try kar raha hu but meri kyc nhi ho rahi hai. Document bhi de diy hai. Lekin abhi tak kyc nhi ho pai hai. Or uski vajah se mai asian paints ki balti scan nhi kar pa raha hu
