[Resolved]  Asianet Communications Ltd — Many channels not working

Hello,

My home cable tv connection with Asianet STB HD services is giving me nightmare for the past one week. We have subscribed for 3 years long term premium package paying 10000 Rupees last year. We are currently not able to use few channels which were working previously including Sony Six channel where World Cup matches are aired. "No Signal (ID 120) is shown up on the screen and a contact number [protected] is provided as customer helpline and troubleshooting procedure. I had to tell that the customer care executives are not efficient enough and they are not helping me resolving this compliant even though the complaint was logged 4 days back. The number mentioned above is always engaged and after the call gets connected they are constantly saying it is software complaint and message has been sent to local Asianet office (Chevayur Calicut for us). I am fed up of this issue and looking to raise a consumer complaint against Asianet Communications Ltd company for the same. When asked for the ticket number for logging the issue @ customer care, they are just mumbling and saying that tickets won'y be raised for this kind of complaints !! Mr. Noufal from the Asianet Communications customer care was very rude and they even hung up the line when asked for more details on the complaint resolution!! Fellow cable tv customers if anyone looking for subscribing to new cable tv connection please stay away from the Asianet Digital HD STB connection as it is not worth any penny. As a hard code football fans we are not able to view the world cup matches and I am frustrted with their service. Please help me raise a complaint against Asianet Communications Ltd for the same and if required I am ready to take this mayhem to the next level for sacking such stupid services !!
