Ask me bazaar team... Your executive said your refund is debited in your account. But i did not receive any money. plz check whats a problem. i will already call in your customer care service in many times... Please solve my problem...

Hi AskMeBazaar Team Myself Hitesh I ordered Reebok core watch on 22 April 2015 and order number is AB2511687. but i got wrong product at the time of delivery. i raise complaint for wrong product complaint number was QRC403106 your team was accepted to pay money refund within 10 to 12 business days from the day of reverse pickup for my Reebok core watch but still one and half month completed but still amount was not credit in my account. i called to your team but still no one take care for corrective action but they are telling refund money within 2days, and also called on last Friday your balance refunded to the bank, balance will be credit till Monday. Still money didn't refund to my account. Your team gave me wrong information so many times. Same Robotic Dialogue had been heared for the last 13 calls. please refund my money and also give any compensation for delay...

Ordered a Samsung combo set of power bank charger head phone.
its delliverd in 25 march but i rcv a defective product so i return it in april 3rd
frm that day to today i hvnt rcv my money my complain no is qrc222771 its my 1 st complain No.
i hv spnd 100rs above bya calling to custumer care
then they give me anather complain No. is qrc29916882
please refunded my amount as soon as possible and also taken action against who is defaulted .
