Askmebus.com — Cheated by issuing a ticket without booking | |||||
I paid Rs. 1588 for a ticket from Bangalore to Kochi on 28th October 2016. I got the ticket in email as well as sms. But when i went to board the bus i came to know that the booking was not made. Later i came to know that this had happened to many people on the same day. I tried contacting the customer service as well as the payment gateway i used for the transaction, PayUMoney, but failed to get a response Was this information helpful? | |||||

ask for refund from payumoney. I got mine after one year of followup. Keep transaction id handy.
