Askmebus.com — Amount deducted but ticket was fake | |||||
I have booked the ticket on Askmebus.com on 26th Oct, 2016 and I have received the ticket details to my email and phone saying it was confirmed. But while I boarded the bus, they said that the ticket was not booked on my name and not received any amount from askmebus.com. Booked a ticket through askmebus on 26/10/2016, from Karur to Chennai, 31/10/2016 on the bus "City Express Travels", and I got mail from askmebus about confirmation of my booking (PNR 9C9QXWY, seat no. A2). I also received a sms for same on my mobile.
On 28/10/2016, I received another sms on my mobile saying "we have processed a full refund of 650 it will reflect in 5 to 7 working days, sorry for the inconvenience. for refund status - refund.[protected]@gmail.com". but i didnt cancel my ticket, I dont know how it is cancelled
There is no contact in askmebus.com to contact their support, Kindly let me know when they will process my request and get my refund amount of Rs 650

So I cancelled the ticket they send me msg also that money will be refunded soon.
Still I am not received the amount in my account.
