Aspirejobz — Aspire placement or aspirejobz - unable to return my money

Dear Sir, Myself working in UAE for last couple of years. Few days back I received call from person called Kiran R from Aspire placement ( www.aspireplacement.com) for lucurative opportunity within UAE and Singapore.
Since I was looking for a job change, I answered the call and shared few details. This company takes money worth 1000 USD for the services which they claim to offer. I have paid 500 USD on 07th Feb 2017 but then I realized something phishing about this company and their people.
After some online research I found that this company has cheated many people and have not refunded money. On same day (07th Feb)I asked Aspire placement for withdrawal of my application and asked them to refund my money o[censored]SD 500.(07th Feb 2017).

Today I have received communication from kiran that it will take 90 days and their behavior towards me is also changed and I feel that they have cheated me as well.
