Asus India — asuspromo.in fake offers

I purchased Asus laptop on June 13th 2019. During that time Asus had back to college offer via asuspromo.in. I paid Rs 2598 on June 27 for warranty extension and 1 TB harddisk. I got warranty extension mail from Asus customer support. I didn't get 1 TB harddisk till this time.According to Asus they have to fulfill the offers within 20 to 45 after the payment. When I contact Asus promo customer team they are showing fake airway bill no of BlueDart .when I track that number it's showing product returned to shipper.I don't know why they are doing fake promises, if they can't fulfill the offer, atleast should refund the money .This is not at all good for a company like Asus. I need my money back even it is 10 Rupees. I need a proper response from Asus India.Why they are cheating consumers?
