    My phone's rear camera is not capturing the portrait photos from last month and i am very disappointed by the performance of this mobile phone. L request you to solve this problem as early as possible. Somtimes the phone get heat and start lagging and also the display turn off wheather there is cold.in portrait photos the edges are not properly detected and exposure is not well maintained. So please work on this issue.

    I have not received the goodies even after almost 2 months. Already paid the amount. It came as an promotional offer and stated within 45 days I will get.

      I am one of the loyal customer of asus zenfone series, since my first smartphone was from asus zenfone 5. After that i replaced it with zenfone maxpro m2 by finding its battery capacity, speed and looks that appeal me.
      After my purchase within 1 year i experienced multiple issues like, reverse charging, battery is not giving backup even for 1 day, charging very slow, at the time of voice call the network automatically off even during call also. Finger print is very slow.
      I am not satisfied with this product and i show it in the service centre for possible repair. However the service centre is taking too much time to resolve these issues.
      Being a loyal customer i am very much sorry to say that i will never buy any product of asus including laptops. And also not suggest anybody to buy. After my purchase of this product i had suggested 04 of my friends to buy and they also bought.
      Please respond asap.

        5 months down the line and 2nd time i visited the service center.
        1st time os issue, 2nd time phone is dead and they have to replace the motherboard.

        Phone given to service center bangalore f1 solutions 30th sept 2019. Till today they havent fixed the phone not they replace the phone. It is under warranty and it is the worst service after sales from asus.

        I hope this message is seen by dinesh sharma.

        What more to say about this??? Worst asus.

          I bought microsoft office 2016 on asus redemption offer on 16th february 2019.

          It’s been told to me that, i will get ms office within 45 working days. But as of now, it’s been more than 7months. I haven’t received the product yet. After repeated calls and emails both to asus customer support and also asus redemption. They didn’t gave any satisfactory answer. Initially they told it was delivered, after i told i even didn’t gave address, how they deliver it. Then they apologised and called me, sorry for mistake. We will now take the address and fix the issue. And update you as soon as possible. But after waiting for more than 2 months. No updates from them. I again contacted customer care. Again they said same thing. We can’t solve this. You have to mail our asus promo support teams. Their you will get solution. And still i haven’t received any mail from them. Tired of this and regreting for purchasing from asus.

          Still they didn't solve the issue. After raising complaint they called and ensured me that it will be in whatever circumstance they will deliver the product within 15 days, but they didn't. Such a top company doing this is very disappointing. Its really torturing, weekly calling them and mailing them. I'm tired now.

            I ordered asus rog phone 2 via flipkart on 30th september. I know it's showing it will be delivered on 17th oct. But my problem is i sell my old phone to arrange the money to bye the phone..               The most anticipated phone from asus, asus zenfone 6 (Asus 6z) was dead in mere 'two months' from date of delivery.

              The service centre people say, 'the mother board is dead.' omg! This so called "premium phone" could not handle 2 months properly.

              The service centre people say, 'it would take atleast 5-7 working days for repair.'
              That's okay, but on the 5th day, they say, it would take a minimum of 15 days more and they do not offer any replacement for that time.

              The toll free people say, they cannot help in this case.

              So the most liable person for all the problems is 'me' because purchased a new brand phone which has no market value, no market knowledge.

              I recommend people looking to purchase this, they should either purchase a brand worthy phone, and but for unbranded phones, i. E. Asus.

              Feeling pissed off.

                I purchased asus fx504ge-en224t with serial number - j6nrcx03707424g from amazon on 20th march, 2019. When i started using my laptop i considered it to be in it's 100% condition because i didn't know any better but over the period of time i started observing decrease in the speed and suddenly my laptop stopped working approximately after less than 2 months from the date of purchase. I took the laptop to the asus service center - jsb computers jalandhar, punjab and mr. Jagmohan changed the motherboard saying it was completely fried. This is the first time i took my laptop to the service center and the motherboard, the main part of the laptop was replaced.

                After this, the problem kept on aggravating, the performance of gpu kept on deteriorating.in games like in 'counter strike - global offence' i was getting fps of around 120-150 which declined to 70-80. Similar decline happened in all the other games. I performed a benchmark test on gpu which shows significantly less score as compared to my colleague's laptop who have the exactly same model of asus laptop. The score was almost 1/3rd of my colleague's laptop. Also my laptop was heating up so much that if i connected my pen drive for even 5 mins and took it out o[censored]sb slot i was unable to hold it. Because of these reasons i again took my laptop to jalandhar service center for the second time in the month of august.in the second repair they changed cooling pads saying that cooling pads had melted. I was told my laptop is in 100% condition and took it back.

                After going home and checked the laptop after installing my softwares as the disk was earlier formatted i observed that all the earlier problems were still pertaining and again took the laptop for repair within a week. This is my third repair in less than 6 months. They told me that my cooling pads melted within 2 days - which is not normal. This time both motherboard and thermal pads have been replaced and even after 2 weeks in the repair center, i facing the same problem and the service center is unable to give me any kind of solution. My laptop is still in service center and they still haven't been able to identify the cause of the problem, let alone solve it.

                Kindly note that in a short span of 6 months motherboard and cooling/thermal pads have been replaced twice. This is not at all normal, i spent around inr 80, 000 only to receive a defective piece.

                I have sent this email to the highest level in escalation matrix only to receive this reply:
                "dear valued customer,
                I am sorry for any inconvenience has caused.

                Dear jagmohan,
                Please share update. Please resolve issue on priority. If need any tech support so contact to tech team. If any issue please let me."

                Three days later, still no action or other response from their side, even when again an email was sent to them.

                  I gave my phone on 11th september 2019 in F1 Info Solutions&Services Pvt Ltd At that time they told isssue was with charging board need to replace with new one they will try to give my phone on 14th september and not even inform me about my phone status on that day. I made a phone call to that service center on monday evening they said that your phone service was not completed part was not there and they are saying that your phone was facing a issue with mother board we are checking on it they said that we will give your phone by wednesday so i made a phone call to that service center they said that parrt is available will give my phone by wednesday evening i;e 18-09-19 said by Mr.Vikram but they are not informing me about my phone status and not responding to my phone calls

                    I purchased the mobile handset which was advertised as taiwan product and when received it is an indonesian product as was seen from the box.
                    There was a series of email exchange when i tried for increase in font size etc... Which was not happening in the mobile handset worth rs.14k and asked for refund they claimed it is indonesian product. I do not know whether they are evading customs duty by doing this cheating. Pl probe in detail. Unable to provide pdfs and word files which are not accepted in the complaints. Can produce them through emails.

                      I have this asus tuf gaming laptop which i got from amazon prime. Now it's not even a year and it started getting pulled of from the hinge it's because while opening and closing pressure is applied to it and now i can't even close my laptop. If i try to it close or open, it gets open from the hinge to top of the display. I hope i get my laptop replaced.

                        Hello, my name is mayank and i gave my asus max m2 pro mobile on 2nd of sep for repairing after checking my phone service center executive told me that their is a problem in motherboard so you have to left your phone for 5 to 7 days. And now today is 17th of sep and still my phone in earlier condition. Whenever i asked him about phone they gave same answer part not available and when i asked how much time it would take they said we cannot told you exactly how much time it would take. Means im totally fool because im waiting for my phone about last 16-17 days and they even cannot tell me exact timing of my phone. What the hell is going on is this your service asus india. Im totally disatisfied with your service and the service center executive behaviour is totally unavoidable.

                          Sir, i have complain about handset under warranty.
                          1st time i have gone to customer care my mobile is not switching on, so they have changed the mother board.
                          2nd time both sim slots is not working. So they have updated software.
                          3rd time again mobile is not switching on.

                          My laptop keyboard has some issues where some of the letters do not work properly and also at some cases it gets literally stuck where the brightness goes reduced and it was really slow when I installed virtual box to use Ubuntu, literally it doesn't work at all while using jupyter

It has been 2 months they still have not fixed my laptop. I have constantly tried to reach them they are not offering any help.                               I bought a laptop from amazon on the 31st of august, and it has trouble opening. The screen remains black for 10 minutes and the majority of times it doesn't open until i restart it multiple times. Even in general when it opens it takes ages to get to the home screen. The overall performance seems to be exceedingly slow. I read some suggestions online which said to press the fn+f2 key to resolve it. But even it doesn't seem to work 9/10 times

                                There was a new update available for my device but the moment I completed my update my device touch screen was not responding, before this incident I was not having even a single issue with device except little heating problems, it was working just fine.

                                I have all smartphone in my home from asus only. Recently I bought the same model for my sister last week. I haven't expected touch failure from this model.

                                moreover when i called to complaint centre of asus I was informed that I might have to pay for getting my screen working again in nearest service centre, I'm off budget and in no condition to spend ... please look into my case and take required action as soon as possible.

                                Waiting for an early and positive response from both Asus and Consumer complaints.

                                  I am complaining regarding my system that I have purchased on 05july, 2019
                                  After purchasing from 15days it's occuring problem. I have complaint against in service center itself but nothing to be going okay.
                                  It's occurr lots of problem like not able to transfer data .. system hanging, battery backup, not able to opening my folder. I have complaint over and over in customer care but they aren't helping me out. I went to service center but still I am not satisfied with the services of Asus.

                                    I had bought an asus zenfone max m2 pro for 14000 on june 2, 2019. It worked perfectly fine for 2 months after which now it suddenly stopped working. The screen is none responsive despite repeated attempt at rebooting the device. It is a shame that a product with such high end features should stop working altogether at times when competitive products are coming up. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because my work is in my phone!!!

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought asus x441b laptop while i was moving out o[censored]sa in the month of july. After coming to india i realized that this laptop having the booting problem, instead of opening the windows screen it is always shows bios settings.

                                      I have contacted guntur asus service center on 26th july to fix the problem with my new laptop, they said this new laptop has the problem with booting and need to replace the part (Small board). It's been almost a month now and still guntur service center people are waiting for the part from asus.

                                      When i contacted asus toll free number they are suggesting to work with service center people but if i contact the service center where i have submitted laptop they are saying we are not getting proper response and part from asus what can we do.

                                      I need to follow up with them on daily basis, customers are struggling a lot because of these responses and my laptop is still with service center.

                                      I am expecting my laptop issue to be fixed asap
