I have repaired my asus zenfone 2 laser 3 times in the service centre in nandancode, trivandrum. As i come home i am not able to use my phone as it got hanged and not getting power on. First time tey told me it was software problem. Second time they told me the board of the phone got damaged. Now its the third time its getting the same complaint. I should get it repaired or i should get it replaced. The service centre address is f1info solutions, tc 11/637/-11, lower bains compound, below helmet world, museum, nanthancode road, kowdiar po-695003, ph[protected].
Kindly do the needful to solve the issue

Updated by Jayakrishnan VS As i have registerd the complaint a guy called me. But he is asking my atm card number and the otp number for their verification. I have recorded the call and i am going to complaint further. For what purpose i should tell my card number and otp. If they want the fund to be refunded i can tell my account number, thus they can transfer money. Are u trying to cheat people who have been already been cheaten.
Please do the needful as soon as possible
