I purchased ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 from flipkart on 11 OCT, 2021.
In just 2 days o[censored]se i noticed Screen light bleeding in leptop.I searched about it on internet, Asus forum many people said its normal minor screen light bleeding. But in time of a month it incresed very much.

Currently In a one and half month i am facing many issues in this leptop.

1. Screen bleeding. Which is manufacturing defect

2. Coil whining noise when keyboard backlight is off.

3. Speaker problem. Speaker sound cracks when i get email notifications in leptop. Sometimes there is whistle like continuous sound from speaker parallel to video sound.

Few days ago i contacted asus customer care, they said they will replace all parts. So, in just a month o[censored]se i have to use repaired leptop.

I paid rs. 1, 34, 490, which was my entire saving and this leptop is defective piece because no good leptop can have these much problems in just a month o[censored]se.

Asus customer care can replace all parts free of cost but i didn't pay almost 1, 35, 000 rupees to use a repaired leptop .
They are not believing that this leptop is defective because they dont want to give me replacement or refund.

All those who are reading this post, please purchase ROG ASUS leptops only if your are earning in lacs every month, dont spend your savings on this defective leptops by asus.

If you will search on internet about aforementioned issues in Asus leptops you will find thousands of customers who are facing these issues but Asus doesn't care they just replace parts and closes the complaints. Its customer who suffers the most.

So again please dont waste your money in Asus leptops.

I have valid bill of purchase and i am writing this post to warn you all people who are planning to buy Asus products.

    Battery Usage time claimed by company is 10 hours.
    but now battery last for only 1 hour.
    customer care number is not reachable.
    I want either change of battery or laptop.

      Dear Valued Client, we confirm receipt of your machine on 25/11/21. Ref. No is INH4MB0205. Check latest status at https://t.co/i97yDZW3f1 to Corona virus outbreak there may be a delay in repair services, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your support. (ASUS Service)

      And this message is also not saying anything when I will get the device
      No ETA mentioned
      So I request you to see this matter and replace the device
      I again request you to please see this matter urgently if possible

      i don't know where is my phone, status not clear and the link given by the service center is also not working,
      Everyone in the rog 5 community is facing same issue i request you to resolve my matter, i want pice to pice replacement, if imei no changes i want a SALE INVOICE clearly mentioning that the new IMEI no of handset is given to me.please if you cant resolve my problem within 15-20 days i need complete refund

        Hi. I bought this laptop in August 2021 and since then it has been making me face so many issues. I have tried contacting ASUS but usually got 0 response. 1. The laptop heats up real quick, like it's on for 15-20 minutes and it's as hot as a house on fire. 2. It has been really slow, hanging a lot, and showing a blue screen error now and then. 3. It has been behaving abnormally sometimes - showing weird sceen waves (have recorded for proof) 4. Now suddenly it's touch has stopped working - tried all settings and even resettting the laptop. I have had a really bad experience using the laptop. This has caused me so much problems in my work life as I am a Graphic Desginer and my laptop is all I use to work. Apart of that it has really been a mentally exhausting and upsetting experience for me going through all the above mentioned. Now all I am really looking for is a refund for the whole amount and I'd return the laptop with all the accessories bills etc. Please look into it and take the laptop with a full refund of my amount.

          My phone was purchased on 21/08/2021 and was dead on 15/11/2021, I gave to your authorized service center in bangalore (indranagar branch), they told me that the spareparts ( motherboard) are not available presently and also some customers are still waiting for 45 days, it's been 12 days now and I haven't got any response from you guys, I am in some telegram groups where people complain that their motherboard were again dead even after 2 times of motherboard replacement of the same rog 5 phone. I have been emailing your service team regarding this issue and all I get back as reply is to wait! How long should I keep waiting for motherboard issue? I'm really annoyed, very slow service for a premium phone, I was a one plus and iPhone user previously, but never faced such issues with them, I regret buying this scrap phone. I have also complained regarding this to the consumer court yesterday dated 26/11/2021. Also you have only 3 service centers in bangalore, and even these guys don't have any signs or billboard outside to find the service center, it's a very bad experience to even search for the service center without any sign boards ( indranagar service center branch bangalore)

I have also made a complaint regarding this on the consumer court, my complain # 3123187 in the court, you can check the complaint in the consumer court website with this above number.

            I bought a laptop from Asus India on[protected]. Product Description- Asus ROG G713QC-HX053T. On[protected], the laptop stopped working, would not switch on. Being under warranty, I registered a complaint with Asus India through their customer care number. The first complaint number is- A[protected]. We didn't receive a response right away. After multiple follow-ups they finally sent their engineer on[protected]. He took my laptop to their service center in Varanasi for repairing. My laptop has been with them since 16th october. It has been more than 2 months and Asus India has not repaired my laptop and has kept it in their custody. I have tried reaching out to both the service center and the customer care line and both sources provide me vague answers and keep trying to elude me. Since the last 3 weeks, I have been told that they will tell me what's happening in the evening but I get no response. I have been informed that it was a faulty model and they are discussing what to do about it but it has been 2 months now and my work is being affected. While the customer service is pathetic and hugely disappointing, I have had to halt projects that I was working on due to lack of a laptop. The laptop costed us 97, 000 and was a huge investment on my part and I am suffering loss with no definite answer in sight. While the company goes overboard in selling these extravagant and highly priced products, they do not keep their promise to help the customer in time of need.

            What I expect- A definite answer on when my laptop will be available or providing me with a new one at the earliest. If the faulty laptop is fixed, then an extended warranty on the product to make sure I do not go into loss in getting a faulty product repaired.

            They are just wasting out warranty period. I purchased ROG zephyrus G15 in Rs. 1, 35, 000 In just one and alf months I am facing 4 issues in laptop and as usual they are just keep telling me we will replace parts but god knows when. I am done with Asus. successfully wasted 1.35 lac on their defective product. ROG laptops are biggest scam. weak displays, buggy drivers, coil noise and many more.

                Dear Sir, My laptop has not been working since the 21st of November. I have filed a complaint and wrote several emails.
                On the 22nd of November they generated RMA Number : RMA ID : INSIMB0048After calling the service centre they said your case has been transferred to another service provider.
                Also they generated another RMA ID : INSIMB0056 on 23rd of November.

                When I called to customer support they have given two different number : [protected] (It is wrong number when called)[protected] (Answer from this number your case has been transferred to Pune )
                Now I do not know what exactly is going on? My PhD review is scheduled this week. I am continuously dropping and spending so much time calling customer care. But no positive response from anybody. Now I am losing my mind and patience.
                If I do not get my laptop repair on time. I have to appear after six month. Are you going to pay my PhD fees ?
                So I can keep patience and wait for a long time.
                Everyday wasting so much time writing emails and calling customer support.
                Shall I repair my laptop from any other agency ?
                This laptop is under warranty.Just take your laptop and refund my hard earned money. Now I have only one option: to go to court and file a case.
                very pathetic service from ASUS. I will fight in court. I have waited more than 48 hours now.

                  Problem not solved yet.

                  I am a PhD student, my PhD review is scheduled this week. I did not get my Laptop repaired on time. I have to wait for the next six months.
                  This laptop is under warranty. At the time of purchase you have promised onsite support within one day.

                  But when asked at customer support they replied wait for 4to5 days. If it's urgent, go to the service center.
                  Now I shall study or go to the service center???

                  Is this the way ASUS customer support talks to their existing customers ?

                  This is really mental harassment.
                  I have not received a call from the ASUS support center. When I called them they said Your case is transferred to the other service provider. What is going on?

                  Please try to resolve the issue ASAP.

                    I ordered a laptop through amazon and it was delivered to me last year on 17th Oct 2020. The product was in good condition.

                    However I currently faced issues with it and gave it to a technical guy for checking, I came to know that the laptop delivered was not the one that I had originally ordered. The model number, configuration etc all is different.

                        Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased an ASUS gaming laptop from Amazon on 28/12/2020. Which is still under warranty but ASUS people say it is showing out of warranty. My question is how ASUS allows Amazon to sell old laptops with expired warranty. Now Laptop is not working. ASUS is not providing promised support. This is clearly fraud with innocent customer. Amazon saled faulty laptop to me. This is really a headache for me and mental disappointment. I have purchased this laptop with my hard earned money. They are not providing support on time. I request them to refund my money or provide another piece of laptop. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
                        I have spent so much time in writing complaints and calling customer care but no use.
                        I used this laptop for my research study, so much valuable data stored in my laptop, I do not know how to recover this data.
                        Asus and Amazon should think about this before selling such a faulty laptop to customers.

                        They are not doing anything at all. They are advising me to wait. Customer support is very pathetic. This Laptop is still under warranty.
                        I have my PhD review this week. If I don't get laptop repair on time. My PhD review will get reschedule after six months.
                        Who is responsible for this? Why ASUS has given me faulty laptop and why do they are not providing service on time.

                        ASUS should understand concern of customer.

                            I submitted the mobile ROG5 to the service center of Asus. They said they were not having parts & it will take a week to get & repair it.

                            It will take a month to get the part & repair.

                            I bought the ROG5 in Aug '21 & after an update it got off & did not get on after that.

                            Asus claims ROG5 is their premium segment phone. If that takes a month to repair it. How much time will it take to repair non premium segment products.

                              That started to face some problems within Three months from the date of purchasing regarding the Wi-Fi – Hotspot issue after updating the device.

                              After the Wi-Fi-hotspot issue within a week after the Wi-Fi and hotspot issue, Auto - Restart & Touch Issue has also started occasionally.

                              That was after my client contacted your concern regarding the matter and your concern told my client that your concern will provide service to my client.

                              Last Case ID [protected]-0013 – 16 NOV 2021 (73 DAYS) – (50 working days)

                              On 16 Nov my phone was totally dead and I couldn't do anything

                              That after your concern didn’t provide any service to my client and delayed unnecessarily.

                              That is after I contacted you several times regarding the issue.

                              I Didn’t get any proper response from your concern till now.

                              It paid Rs.49, 999/-(Rupees Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only)for the said product. Now What I am surfing you Didn't know.

                                    I am very sad to write about this, that I have sent my Motherboard (ASUS-Z270F) for a VGA issue repair to [Asus Service Center, Near Natraj Cinema, Behind Capri Trade Centre, Dehradun].

                                    He told me that its costs 3200 for repair, I said OK & pay Rs. 3200 via UPI. When motherboard reached me after repair, motherboard have the same issue of VGA. I called Mr. Rahul and inform him that my motherboard still has the same problem then Mr. Rahul told me that put any another processor in it and then re-check again. So, I change the processor but motherboard have the same problem. Then he said that send the motherboard again with your processor and RAM so I sent the whole kit including core i5 7th Gen Processor, corsair 8GB DDR4 RAM, WD M.2. 256 GB SSD and Asus Z270F Motherboard. When the courier reached him, he told me that your motherboard is physically damaged and it can’t be repaired. he also said that the box is broken by courier service and he sent me pics of motherboard and its box (attached all necessary photos). when I asked him that are you doing the unboxing under CCTV he said yes and when I asked him to show me the footage o[censored]nboxing that motherboard is broken in box, he said No and said the I am sending it back to you. I lodge a complaint against him on ASUS Care Support and DTDC courier too on 14.10.2021 and in two days DTDC courier send me the copy receiving of box in healthy condition at Asus Service Center, Dehradun. And when I asked him that why you received a damaged box by the courier service, you might denied for receiving a damage box. He did not answer. I have all chat history and conversation call recordings. That motherboard is damaged by them. and its a month passed and all the time when i called to asus costumer care all executives told me the same thing that our team is working on this and the concern team will contact you an next 72 hours and provide a solution for this. Kindly look into the matter seriously. He is ruining the prestigious image of ASUS. I have sent him Rs. 60, 000 components of my PC on behalf of ASUS not Mr. xxxxxxx.

                                      Hello...

                                      I brought my new ASUS X515 laptop in the month of October 2021. My laptop is restarting frequently and producing sound . Heat is also coming from my laptop . I searched on internet but i couldn't find any solution for my problem. It's been only one month since i brought my new laptop. I'm requesting you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I brought ROG Flow X13 from Asus India website on 20th oct 2021. On 26th oct 2021 it got delivered. There is some battery issue with the laptop. Asus have a policy of 7 days exchange if laptop found faulty. I raised a request for exchange on 28th oct 2021 via phone call. I have been told some trouble shooting over phone which didn't worked. That's how they wasted my next two days and I have to contact them 4 times and request and exchange. Eventually they said someone will visit my place from service center in next 72 hours and will check what is wrong with the laptop. If he find something not fixable then exchange will be done. Technician came on 2nd Nov and he assured me that the battery issue is rectified. Next day, 3rd nov, same problem, I called the technician and he answered that he already closed the service complain made by me and now he has to open it again. He said this can be only done on monday 8th nov because of Diwali holidays. Today I got an email from Asus, stating they have called me. I called them on their service number to get an update and they informed me that now my laptop is beyond 7 days policy so I wont get exchange. All they can do now is send someone to my place and replace the faulty parts free of cost. Why I will live with a refurbished product when I brought a new one ? Also its not my fault that their working is so unstructured or they deliberately made this laptop pass time so they can cheat me.
